RUDE. At 1900 10-19-2022 I walked in through an unlocked door and the staff was extremely rude. There were a line of chairs... blocking the entrance from the convenience store I asked, "are you closed"? A blonde, older woman said "Yes that's why we lockedthe doors but you can use the drive though." As I was walking out a younger woman said "Did she push through those chairs"? Iwas opening the door out and yelled back, "No, I came through this unlocked door." Instead of all these people just taking myorder and locking the door behind me they rudely, verbally chastised me for walking into your restaurant to place an order. Iwill not return (shame because I liked Arbys food and was just there on 10-18 and had no problems), I will not recommend yourrestaurant, I will inform others of this unnecessary rudeness. Arby's is a good alternative to fast food burgers. They did get order correct, but forgot to give us a drink and we didn't... notice until we left. Food was hot and fresh. Read more

Went in for a quick bite and all we could here from the staff talking in front of us was the f ???? and one employee ask another... if she would come clean his house naked or with lingerie on. When handed my food i told the employees what foul mouths they hadhe just walked away with the manger standing right there with them talking the same way no apologize at all for their rudebehavior. Ate the ranch turkey bacon sandwich & fries. The sandwich was huge & delicious. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, &... helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat. So glad I got this. Read more
This is by far the worst staffed place in town, they are rude almost every time, I have had a few good experiences but way more... bad than good. I couldn't even place an order the lady was so rude, went to the other one instead. Read more
