I worked here recently for LITERALLY 3 DAYS. The staff is unprofessional, unsanitary, and just genuinely the entire store is... gross. NO EMPLOYEES WEAR GLOVES DURING ANY OF THE FOOD PREP- virtually nothing gets wiped off until the very very very end ofthe day. ALSO- don?t bother calling. Every one there let?s it ring. I left a review on Facebook right after the incident, and I've made absolutely sure that everyone who even mentions pizza knows... this place is a joke and has terrible customer service. Got off work at 10, the boyfriend and I were hungry, so I placed acarry out order on the website, the place closes at 11pm. I Place the order roughly 9:45. I get a call roughly 10:15(I'm sittingout side the restaurant, waiting for the "ready for pickup" Text. They said they closed at 10pm and hung up. Never got a chanceto say a thing, so I pull up there website, just to double check the hours of this particular location. 11am or so, to 11pm. Sonaturally, I call back upset, "Papa johns, sorry we're-" I interrupt her, and simply ask as to why they closed early since thewebsite and the hours on their door says 11pm? I get hung up on again. I'm a manager, and with the Pandemic going on, I fullyunderstand staffing issues. If the woman on the other end of the phone, said "I'm Sorry, we are understaffed, and closed earlyto ensure cleaning got done etc" I would've been okay with that. This Papa John's Pizza is great! The Pizza taste amazing! They are always really busy at this location. The staff here is very... professional with great customer service and you always see alot of drivers heading out to deliver Pizzas. I walk in and placemy order then in 15 minutes I have fresh, hot, amazing Pizza and I'm on my way home. The price is really amazing and the saucetaste great and they add always have the cheese and pepperoni just right they never skimp on ingredients and I always orderextra pepperoni and my whole Pizza is covered as it should be. If you want amazingly great Pizza then this is the place to orderfrom as they will exceed your expectations everytime! Read more
I am very on the fence about Papa Johns. I kept going between 2 and 3 stars. I love their pizza and breadsticks, has been one of... my favorites for years. However EVERY time I call to order it just rings and rings in the past anyways. Now today it placed meon hold immediately after ringing. I was on hold for 5 minutes, got tired of waiting since I knew how they never answer beforeso hung up and called back. Waited on hold 10 minutes this time, got tired of waiting. So I just kept calling back and wouldhang up after waiting on hold for a minute or two figured they would get tired of hearing the phone ring, that wasn't the case.I tried getting through my whole 25 minute drive there and never talked to anyone. Once I got there and went in I asked how longit would be to make a pizza he said 10 minutes I said ok I just wanted to make sure cause I haven't been able to get through thewhole way here. He said about them being really busy I don't believe that because once I'm there you say it only will take 10minutes and you never answer the phone any other time. Today as well as the last three previous times this store never answers their phone. They are the worst.
