40 minutes after getting the text that my daughter's birthday party pizzas were on the way I had to call the store to find out... from the delivery driver that he was still in the parking lot working on his car. The manager there is pathetic. Read more
Visiting home I had the opportunity to purchase/share a Big Box with more than myself. I placed the order online; when I got... there the order was seconds from ready. Time provided my observation that the only worker was topping an order withoutgloves--his bare hands were reaching into and spreading toppings. I'm sure he had the same lack of hygiene making my order. Heplaced the pizza in the oven, washed his hands then rang and offered me my purchase. I paid and left. Before I pulled out ofthe lot, the older, bearded (no beard protection) gentleman stepped outside the front door to smoke a cigarette--the nextcustomer would have ro walk through his cloud of smoke. I got home, the food was good. Very good. I was displeased that thesauces on the wings were merely drizzled over the wings, and spoon splattered in the container--not thoroughly mixed to coverthe wings for a consistent taste. Read more

Not a great place to stop and expect good service. We were the only people there and they got our order wrong. Didn't bring our... drinks out until almost when the food came. Then we had to ask for a box and check after sitting for about ten minutes. Therewere four employees laughing and joking and just completely ignored as customers. Read more
I ordered a 10 dollar pizza box for my daughter and I for dinner and it took 2 hours to show up. I understand if it would take... an hour since it was a Saturday night, but 2 hours is far too long. I also live 10 mins away from Pizza Hut too. When we openedthe pizza box our food was ice cold and nobody would answer the phone when we tried to call. To top it all off, the pizza driverasked if I would like to leave a tip when I already tipped her 20% on my card. When I said I already left a tip she gave me themeanest look. Don?t order delivery. Idk if it all pizza huts or just this one but now they go through door dash and charge you ridiculous... prices, the delivery people are next to worthless, and when you don?t get your food you get punched from dept to dept by doordash trying to get a refund. Read more
