I placed an online order for this establishment. Items were missing from my order and, when I called them, they told me I was a... liar and hung up on me. They then refused to answer the phone again and would take the phone off of the hook at times. This isnot my first horrible experience with this McDonald?s. I have left several voicemails with the owner, who has never called meback. They obviously do not care about their customers, even up through ownership. Read more

The weirdest McDonald's I've ever been at. Super short staffed.. lots of people waiting around for food (slow and no one even... talks ... like code silence) The person "manning" the front counter was doing 19 things and could not take care ofcustomers.(atmosphere was affected) BTW no drive thru. Update: just happened to check and see if the hours were fixed. But doesnt seem like it. I also see that they've been doing this... for several years so I doubt they'll actually fix the hours correctly. They're not open 24 hrs. Every time I edit the hoursthey keep changing it back to 24hrs. The manager or social media person that's running this listing clearly doesn't wantbusiness. I've attached a photo of the hours too so people have some chance of seeing the actual hours since they keep takingdown everyones edits. Guess at this point we should really be talking to corporate. 2022: Best McDonalds I've been to in a longtime between PA and CT. Customer service is good, food is always correct and fresh. Read more

I gave it one star only because zero stars won't post. 45 minutes to almost an hour waiting for a luke warm Big Mac and cold... nuggets. I realize that they may have been short staffed, however they should have informed their customers Read more

This location is not open 24 hours a day, despite falsely claiming to be. They also don't have a drive thru, despite falsely... claiming to have one. They've been "updating" their hours in Maps to say they're open 24 hours when someone tries to suggesttheir real hours. Same with the drive thru. This is just bad practice and ensures that people who try to visit during hours theysay they're open when they're actually not never return as customers. 6am-11pm Mon-Sat and 7am-10:30pm Sun (the actual businesshours they have posted on the sticker by the door), if I'm ever hungry, I'm not coming here. Waited 20 minutes for 2 happy meals and a #9. Not exactly fast food at that point. Didn?t even apologize for the wait.

Slow service and rude employee. I waited ten minutes on a pickup order and when I finally asked an employee about it, she rudely... said that she had called out the name three times. Instead she should have just left the order in the space that is marked foronline pickup. That's the reason they have a space for it. I thanked her and left, but that is the kind of thing that makes menot want to go back. Read more

The machines need recalibration..I ordered a large ice mocha and tge cup was 3/4 full...it must be no care Monday because noone... had nametags and the front people featured big no care attitudes...the girl at the front counter made it a point to say she willnot make ice mochas...her way of talking to people is the worst...i hope she finds ?...
