Fake meat galore!! As a vegetarian who likes asian food, I loved this place and a lot of their dishes! My favourite would be the... omurice, but the others were also very enjoyable and deserve a try. Came here two times during my visit. Read more

Disappointed with my first visit. I went specifically because of all the vegan options and as a mostly vegan restaurant with... some vegetarian options I trusted that the staff would be able to ensure my food was vegan. After specifying multiple timeswhile ordering that I wanted the fried rice to be made vegan without the egg (an option that is specifically on their menu), itwas full of egg when I got home and opened it. I will say that the imitation coconut shrimp was delicious. I was offered acredit for the next time I go there so I will update the review if things go better the second time. For now I would advisestrict vegans or those with allergies to stick to fully plant-based restaurants. I would not return if not for thecredit. Edit: I went back a few days ago and was given the correct vegan fried rice. The staff was apologetic and ensured theorder was right this time. The food was very good. I'm still disappointed that the first order was wrong in such a bad way for a"plant-based" restaurant but I am happy with how the issue was resolved and the quality of the food so I am changing my ratingfrom 1 star to 3. However I am still not sure if I will return and advise vegans or those with allergies to be careful if eatinghere. Read more

Overall highly recommend! They definitely know how to batter and fry. I recommend the omurice and pizzas. Pros: - Great vibes... and aesthetics - Very sweet customer service and lots of ways to reach them - email, chat, phone - Reasonable prices for thequality - it's not cheap eats but it definitely feels like it was worth it - Compared to other vegetarian/vegan restaurants I'vetried, it doesn't seem like the plant-based food is a novelty but more something well thought out - Many customizable options, everything can be adapted to be vegan (although there is no vegan egg so the omurice can only be changed to a salad of mixedgreens) - Very good! I was pleasantly surprised because I really enjoyed the imitation meats. The imitation beef in my photasted more like beancurd but I didn't mind, and it was fried very well. The fried chicken in curry with the omurice wasbattered and fried to a thin but crispy and dense layer - I really liked that. The imitation salmon sashimi doesn't have thesame tender consistency of real salmon sashimi but I actually really enjoyed it (it feels like agar or konjac). The okonomiyakipizza was so good, the crust was tender and crispy and the rest was very savoury. - Decent portions, you will be full - Thecraft beer selection was small but the two we got were quite nice, and the lychee mocktail was very sweet but it was stillgood Cons: - Pho noodles were all broken or cut up for some reason? Not a huge con I suppose but it changes the experience whenit's more like eating spoonfuls of pieces of noodles rather than slurping long strands - Small 'con' but I felt the fried sushiwith imitation salmon was less sushi and more just a fried rice patty haha I suppose you can use the definition of sushi looselythough. EDIT: I wrote this review like a month ago but I forgot to hit the Post button! Since then we have gotten takeout twiceand it's so good. I recommend getting the specials for two or more people. The staff are so great and passio Read more

This is becoming my favourite vegetarian restaurant in GTA! Still making our way through their whole menu but loving everything... so far. The portions are very big and make up for slightly higher prices. They also have daily specials and lunch specials thatcome with a side salad/soup and drink. Service is always friendly and attentive. Some must tries: Katsu curry with omurice, thekatsu is so crispy and some of the best imitation meat I?ve ever had!! The okonomiyaki pizza is very flavourful and filling.Their fries are always made super crispy. The chicken nuggets are also so similar to real chicken nuggets, I was mind blown. Isee a bunch of takeout orders every time I dine in here. Definitely dine in for the Katsu omurice. Read more

Came here for lunch when we were in the area, and was pleasantly surprised how good the vegetarian cuisine here is!! Ever since... we became vegetarian 3 years ago, I've been craving japanese style curry fried pork cutlet rice from time to time, and have notbeen able to find a vegetarian option until we came here...and they did not disappoint! The plant-based fried pork cutlet tastedalmost identical to the actual ones based from what I could remember, and it was really delicious, the hot plate egg and blackpepper beef rice dish was also really good, we will definitely come back again! One of my favourite vegetarian restaurants! A collection of dishes from around the world focused mainly on western and Asian... cuisine. I love the Japanese curry here, the sauce is rich, thick, and full of flavour. Try it teppanyaki style which comeswith a beyond meat patty, sunny side up egg, veggies all on a hot skillet where you can choose the option for curry and fries.Using the curry as a dipping sauce for the fries is oh so satisfying. Also try the mushroom wings which are big, fried with aflaky crust and paired with some spicy Buffalo sauce and blue cheese dip. They have an awesome kids menu with a lot of value. It comes with an entree, drink, and ice cream which are all big sizes. Can't wait to come back as usual. Read more

One of my favourite restaurants in the area, vegetarian or not! Their pizzas are a must try, bo tree has become my favourite... pizza place in the city lol. So unique and yummy everytime. Pasta and noodle dishes are great too, their flavours neverdisappoint. (also love that they always put so many mushrooms in some of their dishes) Service is always amazing. At my mostrecent visit the kitchen accidentally put cheese instead of dairy free cheese on my pizza and they gave us free nachos for theextra wait! Really appreciated the gesture. Will be back again and again. Read more
