This has to be the worst Pizza pizza location in the GTA. The staff are super rude and are not prepared. They argued with every... customer that came in. The free pizza slice promo is on for the Raptors, and this location is making 1 pizza at a time whenthey have multiple customers waiting. They claim this is how they can avoid waste, but just end up wasting everyone'stime. They told us to come back in 30 minutes after they could make another pizza. When returning, they didn't have another onemade. We asked for cheese, but they only made pepperoni. They tried to tell groups of family and friends that they could notredeem their free slice because they wanted to have more for other people. It literally did not make sense. Open late-night, this place did the job of satisfying late-night food cravings. There wasn't a whole lot of choices for pizza... slices around midnight however it tasted fresh. The packaging was well done and the service was acceptable if not lackluster.Pizza Pizza is a choice we all make when there are no choices to make at night so for that fact alone, it does the jobadequately. My family usually likes ordering from here since it's a convenient location to order from. They used to be pretty good with our... orders but now lately they've been mixing up toppings and even forgot toppings. We tried doing the Italian seasoning on toponce, but they mixed it up for the chili flakes, which my parents couldn't eat as a result due to health reasons. The cuts inthe last order we had were really uneven as well, as if they cut it how they're used to then forgot they had to do one more cutso they panicked, tried adding it in but then missed the angle by a lot so two slices ended up really thin. Good taste. I ordered pizza at 6:29 pm and it was ready at 6:55 pm. Service is very slow. As per pizza pizza policy, if... they can't make on time it's free but front staff say sorry we can't give free coz we are busy . It's happened always if weare busy. Can head office reply me back? Read more
Ordered a well cooked pizza and received an under cooked pizza. Upon complaining for the quality to customer service this is... what they sent (check pictures). I would give a 0 rating if I can and I would not recommend to order your pizza from thislocation. After calling customer service they offered $7 as the compensation after paying $21.×× for this pizza. Ridiculouscustomer service and one of the worst management I have ever seen. Read more
Zero stars if I could. This is how we got our pizza last night. I would love to get an explanation from the store as to why we... received our pizza this way. I called, but there is no direct number for this location. I called the number listed and the csrwas no help. How could you send a pizza to a customer that is not fully cooked, cheese not melted and all the toppings runningaway like they stole something.
