This place didn't look like a Starbucks until you opened the door and the glorious aroma hits you hard. There was no seats... inside but the seating outside was just what we needed on a nice night we visited. A pleasant mini adventure in Unionville. I loved this Starbucks location and I always come here in the morning to get a coffee and breakfast and study. However, when I... visited on October 16, 2022 in the morning (6:45am), this barista girl (black hair with glasses) was extremely rude. It was notbusy at all as there were only three customers including me, and the two baristas were just chatting when I arrived. However,this barista was giving me attitude the whole time when I ordered coffee, water, and breakfast later on. She talked with anannoyed tone and when I asked for a second cup of water she said ?you should?ve ordered it together with the coffee?. It is truethat I forgot to order it together so I asked for it, it wasn?t like there are lots of people waiting for their orders, so Idon?t really understand what?s so wrong about getting water? Additionally, when I was trying to study on the second floor, thetwo or three baristas were chatting and laughing super loudly that it was literally echoing in the whole place. Baristas candefinitely chat while working but it was to the point that it was extremely disturbing to customers and negatively impacted theexperience. I?ve been coming to this location for a few years now and this was by far the worst experience I?ve had - thanks tothe most unprofessional and rude Starbucks barista I?ve ever seen. I will just go to another location when I see this girlbarista working again, why should I be a victim of her bad temper and mood when I didn?t even do anything to offend anyone? Read more
I ordered pumpkin spice latte but they gave me the wrong one. Basically too many people packed inside and 6 workers already were... working but seemed it had been understaffed. Nobody said sorry about that. Seemed like they have no time to say just sorry. Thespace should be bigger and more staffs are needed for the proper basic customer service. Read more
I like this specific Starbucks location its located inside the Unionville village so its a very unique place, You can find many... choices here, it tastes the same with other Starbucks but the environment is cool to work or study inside. You should check thesecond floor too, there are few spots to sit and chat, the restrooms are pretty average, I would recommend. Read more
Lovely location but more over priced compared to other locations. I ordered an iced chai tea latte with strawberry purée in the... vanilla sweet cream cold foam and they charged me $1 for the strawberry purée. Other locations is only $0.5 or $0.8. Read more
What a great location to chill and relax yet to experience the little village life. Weekday mornings are the best where you get... to sit outside to enjoy your coffee and scenery with out lots of people passing by. From time to time vintage cars will drive bywhich fits right in with the old town style. Love the fact that from time to time, movies and shows are being made here inunionville too! Read more
