Very small portion than before. Plus got charged for extra sauce and just for cold sauce. I agree increase prices but shouldn't... reduce the portion!!! Read more

Extremely small portions for the high price you pay. Plus the food is very bland. No flavour at all. First and LAST time I order... from this place . Read more

WOW, I should have read the reviews first. I go to Teriyaki Experience pretty often, and I can never finish it. I mean for $15,... I'd expect a take-home kind of thing. I finished my entire meal in <5 minutes; it was incredibly small. I asked about theirportions and they said this has always been their standard size, and that other locations may just happen to give more. Well ifthat's true, every other location DOES give more, so as a customer I expect that to be the standard. Ugh, should have drove anextra ten minutes away. This just happened to be the closest one, and I really didn't expect my experience to be any differentbuying from here. Not coming back. Read more

Great stop for a filling lunch/dinner that meets the criteria for "healthy." The food tastes authentic and packaged very well... for on-the-go. The hospitality is very classy, responsive, and friendly. There is an Asian women who sometimes works at theregister who is the owner of the store. I've been coming here for years and she knows my whole family. She is the perfectexample of excellent customer service as she maintains a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers andgoes above and beyond to make a connection with them. Thus, whenever a customer has a feedback or complaint, she activelylistens and takes proactive measures to ensure the next experience is better. The only reason why I didn't give this a 5 starwas, the prices are little too high and they closed the washrooms but other than that everything else is gold. People who arereading this review, Put this place on your next meal list as this is a really awesome, clean environment to be in. Read more

Worst place to go, the portions are so small. I thought at first it was just me but after going there a few times enough is... enough. I ordered beef teriyaki and I got almost no beef, 3/4 container filled with rice and stupid veggies also I had 1mushroom slice. With COVID forcing business to close I am shocked these guys are still not giving satisfactory portions. Oneplace I would not miss if it closes down, in fact they should close down and maybe will respect our hard earned money. Nevergoing back again Read more

Excellent service and delicious food. The chicken is very crunchy outside but juicy inside, the salad is so fresh. The only... downside is the small portion but I like the way they wrote on the bag with "Thank you for your support!" Yes, hope allbusinesses can make it through this stupid Covid-19. Read more

How do you rate Teriyaki Experience when there is no one around to serve ? Wife and I stopped by for a late dinner (8:30pm... Monday) at Teriyaki experience. As we entered, we saw a chef preparing food with no one at the cashier. There was noacknowledgment of our entering, but we stood by the POS patiently. After about 10 minutes, we asked the chef if anyone is aroundto take our order. He acknowledged and said, ?gimme a minute?, and continues preparing food, at that time we were the onlypatrons in the store. We waited a few moments and said ?hello??, and decided to leave because there were no furtheracknowledgement. The restaurant was clearly open for another hour before closing. As your potential customer, I don?t want tofeel like I?m intruding your store, I don?t need to keep following up for you to our orders. I made no fuss, only waitedpatiently. Luckily, there were other restaurants nearby and we didn?t go home hungry. We?ve both had the Teriyaki Experience atother locations, but this Experience (Warden/Hwy7) certainly doesn?t represent the rest of the chain. Read more

Usually have them in a food court, my first experience in an actual sit down restaurant. Tried their new bento box and i think... it was good. The place was packed as I went during lunch but service, speed and the overall environment is clean. Great to sitdown for a fast meal. Read more
