Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was... with my close friend and her daughter. First off, the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The staff had lotsof smiles for us and my friend's little girl, which made the experience so much more welcoming. And, it goes without saying thatBen & Jerry's ice cream has some of the best and unique flavors around. The Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey for my latest tripwas fresh and delicious. Not bad ice cream not so much service
They love to close an HOUR before they are supposed to, such rude young workers. Absolutely unprofessional. Do waste your time... even going in. And this was HOURS before citywalk was closing this was Saturday evening. also to add the employees we?re sorude. They served the customer?s before is got to us all Of a sudden we can?t get anything but one flavor? When the others weright infront of our faces?
