Of the handful of ice cream shops that are in the area, this one never fails to keep me coming back. My most recent trip was... with my close friend and her daughter. First off, the customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The staff had lotsof smiles for us and my friend's little girl, which made the experience so much more welcoming. And, it goes without saying thatBen & Jerry's ice cream has some of the best and unique flavors around. The Cherry Garcia and Chunky Monkey for my latest tripwas fresh and delicious. Not bad ice cream not so much service

They love to close an HOUR before they are supposed to, such rude young workers. Absolutely unprofessional. Do waste your time... even going in. And this was HOURS before citywalk was closing this was Saturday evening. also to add the employees we?re sorude. They served the customer?s before is got to us all Of a sudden we can?t get anything but one flavor? When the others weright infront of our faces? By the reviews this store is an issue with employees being rude. Please hire more guest friendlyemployees. Read more

The ice-cream flavors are a bit on the sweet side. They can be a bit less sweet

I?m from Vermont. Ben and Jerry?s is what I grew up with. This store is not ben and Jerry?s quality. Toppings are a little... crumble for multiple dollars and the sizes are absurdly small for the values that ben and Jerry?s holds. Not to mention, therewas such a small selection of flavors compared to their plethora of amazingly unique flavors. Lastly, the service was notaccommodating to trying to best serve the customers needs. Read more

The staff is polite, the ice cream is good. The only bad part there is no seating.

Ben & Jerry's is hands down my favorite ice cream. The new "fully baked" flavor seems like it would be good. I got it as a... shake, not sure why. Great Location for an ice cream place. Read more
