Everything was great just like I remembered it. I haven't been to Johnny Rockets in many years. Most of the Los Angeles... locations are closed down but this one on Universal CityWalk remains open. We were getting out of a movie around 11:30 p.m. andJohnny Rockets happened to be open late night because Universal studios was very busy for Halloween haunt. I ordered theoriginal burger and added an extra Patty. I also got the tater tots which were really good. The thing I like about their burgerthe most is their secret red sauce. The burger was fresh and delicious. The girl that helped us was really nice and gave usexcellent customer service. However the food is not cheap here, nothing is up at Universal CityWalk including the parking. Theyhave tons of parking with tons of handicap spaces but it's so expensive. I do feel safe when going to Universal City walkbecause they have a lot of security and a sheriff's department on site. If you haven't been to a Johnny Rockets in years Isuggest you go and try again because the food is still good. Hopefully this location sticks around for years to come. Read more

Customer service was stellar but the FOOD WAS BLAND AND UNDERWHELMING AND NOT WORTH THE PRICE! So me and my family came on... October 4th, around 11 am, we were all pretty hungry so, my husband and myself orders some burgers and we ordered the kids abreakfast plate to split. The food was brought out and both my husband and myself were like where?s the rest of the burger?!???But like I said we were very hungry, we started to eat it and we?re instantly disappointed?.not only was it barley bigger than aslider, it was bland not like a restaurant quality burger should be you know? Absolutely amazing customer service. The staff is really nice and gave us a 15% tip and an extra lemonade for my Friend. The... food was delicious! Definitely my new favorite burger place! It wasn?t super loud and the seating is great. They also playsports games on the TVs. A little expensive due to the area it is in but very worth it! They play great music and have someinteresting sports items including signed basketballs and baseballs to look at while your waiting for your food. We waited lessthan 5 minutes for our food to arrive. I will be coming back here every time I walk around city walk. They treat their customerswith so much respect. Read more

When I walked into the restaurant, I was the only one dining, there was no one at the front desk, there were many empty seats in... the restaurant, so I found a seat, then I went to order and was told by the male guy with the hat at the front desk that Icouldn't sit on the seat, I could only take it away, a restaurant that doesn't allow customers who order to sit on the seat inthe restaurant is ridiculous, their sign says they sell beer, but when you order you are told that beer cannot be taken out Ithrew my order of cheese and bacon fries in the trash and went to the restaurant next door, where the waiter was probably bettereducated and knew that seats in restaurants are for customers. Orders wrong twice in a row. The two that were serving us seemed low key stoned or not here at all. All for the price of $44+.... $44+ could've gotten my order right an any other establishment here in city walk cause everyone wants to come home. For what it is the burger was pretty good. I had a burger and side of onion rings. I think it's quite the cash grab that you... have to pay extra for the sides. Even fries were an extra 6 dollars. It's a good spot to eat some greasy food after a day at theamusement park though. Read more

Do not waste time or money at this place. This is NOT like the usual Johny Rockets. Meals do NOT include fries and are priced... same as other restaurants. So you get less for same price. The food wasn?t filling, the service was horrible, our waiter didn?teven bring us water for 15 minutes after taking our order. The food was 45 minute delay and chicken tenders were burnt. Wewould NEVER eat at or recommend this Restaurant. So disappointed since the experience is generally the complete opposite. Read more
