We were having a great time at Universals. The rides were perfect, all staff everywhere is so friendly, the vibes were... fantastic. And then just before leaving we decided to drop to this Starbucks because it was just so conveniently located. Thatwas a big mistake. First of all, always huge line here. Lots of time wasted. It?s hard to find free seats. Second, even after Iordered I had to wait about 30 minutes for my one cup of coffee. 30 minutes (!) for a cup of coffee. It turns out, they lost myorder! I reminded them, they said it?s coming and ... more waiting! We came here today at 10.30am and left only at 11.40. Morethan an hour wasted just for a cup of coffee. People who were behind me got their ordered long time ago, but I still keptwaiting. Don?t waste your time, this cup of coffee is not worth it.
