The only fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to that refused to provide a cup of water with my meal. Every other store in this... chain will happily provide water to its paying (and non paying) customers. What a scummy location. Read more
Zazon is the district manager of this habit. He was extremely rude to me, he should not have a manager position if he doesn?t... understand what good customer service is. He refused to allow me to redeem my coupon saying it?s invalid when at other habits Ihave had no issues. I would not eat here. When I tried to explain to him how at other habits I can use it he said ?I?m not goingto argue with you.? Very rude. DO NOT COME TO THIS HABIT. Read more
Pattie was soggy and red throughout after asking for well done, and wait time was very long. We ended up feeling sorta sick so... pls avoid and check your meat just in case! Fayzon the manager has poor customer service skills, after already consuming undercooked patty that was red, all he could offer... was a refund. I believe for the inconvenience of me already eating RAW food, he should have at minimum also offered to remakethe burger along with my refund, I asked for exactly this and he just gave me the option of a refund or a remake of the burger.What a cheapskate!, I?ll be waiting for my refund.
