Zazon is the district manager of this habit. He was extremely rude to me, he should not have a manager position if he doesn?t... understand what good customer service is. He refused to allow me to redeem my coupon saying it?s invalid when at other habits Ihave had no issues. I would not eat here. Pattie was soggy and red throughout after asking for well done, and wait time was very long. We ended up feeling sorta sick so... pls avoid and check your meat just in case! Fayzon the manager has poor customer service skills, after already consuming undercooked patty that was red, all he could offer... was a refund. I believe for the inconvenience of me already eating RAW food, he should have at minimum also offered to remakethe burger along with my refund, I asked for exactly this and he just gave me the option of a refund or a remake of the burger.What a cheapskate!, I?ll be waiting for my refund. We were visiting from the UK and decided to call in for a quick bite to eat. We placed an order on the self service terminal and... then received a message on the screen saying our order had failed but we had been charged. I raised this with the lady behindthe counter who said the money would be returned back to us with 36 hrs and I could place my order with her but would have topay again, so we proceeded to do this. We then waited 92hrs and nothing had gone back into it accounts, so we decided to callin again as was staying at a local hotel. The shift manager said there was nothing he could do but call his manager. So wecalled the manager who said the money would be back in our account the following morning as there was no way of him or his teamrefunding it and that we were causing trouble by asking that, and if we didn't leave his store he would call security on us andthat wouldn't be good for us. Super friendly staff, but the sourdough bread was super hard and we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but received a breaded... chicken sandwich. Also the meat on the burger was very over cooked. The wait was so long. Many people in line were gettingrefunds because of how long it took even though there seemed to be a lot of staff present. And the ice kept running out. Thefries were just how I like them, though. Most people aren't into the squishy fries, but they're my favorite. Our bill was $38for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Read more
