Used the app to order our dinner, and though the process was easy enough, the result was a mix of decent, and absolutely... unacceptable. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni with no cheese, and not only was it cut wrong, it arrived burnt, and lookinglike it had been thrown around the box. Called to place an order and before I could.speak the guy who answered said we don't take phone orders use the app then HUNG UP... ON ME lowest level of customer service I have ever seen. The ONLY reason I made an order to was my kid was hungry and it wasthe only viable option since pizza hut and papa Jon's was closed. Order was received cold, burnt, 2 hours late and on top of it all the manager was very rude. We were all very kind and patient,... yet we received the lack of service and compassion we were looking for. I have very low expectations for dominos so the bar isvery easy to reach.
