Ordered bean & cheese, bacon & egg, 2 crispy tacos and large red sauce. Didn't get the sauce, messed up the crispy taco order. I... posted a pic of the bean & cheese. Inside was closed, drive-through only, but I know that's not the employees' fault. I gave a complicated order, lots of "add... this" and "remove this", so I expected mistakes, but they got it right on the first try and were nice about it. Pretty good tome. Read more
Just ordered and had delivery. Both of my bean and cheese had about a tablespoon of beans. I paid for cheese to be added to my... bacon and egg and it wasn't on there. And I didn't get the salsa I ordered with them. So 3 tacos, none of them right and I'mstill starving after paying for the food and delivery. Read more

I asked for 4 bean and cheese lunch combos. I only received tacos and drinks at first. I was asked if I wanted salsa and said... yes, but they still didn't put any in my order. When I told them I ordered the lunch combos after they charged me, she rolledher eyes and attitude changed and she practically threw the bag out the window. I wish I could give 0 stars! That is how upset I am over ordering tonight. I went to get food for dinner, and almost literally... the only thing they got right was the drinks. I overheard a conversation between the kid who took my order and a female coworkerabout how much she hates repeating orders back to the customers "because they should know what they ordered already..." ; andthen gets my order wrong and missing stuff anyway. Since when are Beef enchiladas and Cheese enchiladas the same thing? Alsobeing charged for my drink separately when one already comes with the meal, what's up with that? If it wasn't already bad enoughthat my order was wrong and missing items; the food my 6mo pregnant wife got was bad! You can definitely tell when guacamole orrefried beans are fresh, compared to rotten or stale! It's absolutely insane that I should have had to pay $30+ on an order thatis this messed up. We eat with ever growing agitation at the meal simply because of our need to feed our kids and herself. Verydisappointed in my order tonight (05/31/19). You can believe I'd rather be on the phone with corporate right now if not for thefact that people usually leave those places around 5 to 8 in the evening. This taco cabana was so dirty! The food was awful! Absolutley unacceptable for a Saturday morning! My wife and I had breakfast... at around 845 am Saturday March 30th. There were 2 other people in the diner and no one else in line. Our food came very fast,but it was sub par. The tortillas were stale and dense, the chips were stale, the potatoes were stale and over cooked, the bacontasted old, the water tasted like salt, the diner was not clean, there was trash unattended to, food all over the floor, picobar was dirty, the ice machine was empty. If I could leave zero stars I would, the tables were all filthy trash cans over flowing, they didn?t have the condiment station... set up they didn?t even correctly get my order right, the soda machine was actively leaking a lot of water and then my food wascold. Gave back the food and drink cups asked for a refund and was only refunded for the food not the drinks but I didn?t eventake the drink I gave it back. Will never ever ever come back to this nasty location again. And the manager literally wasn?teven phased didn?t apologize or attempt to make it right he seemed more mad that I was bothering him.
