Great bagels
Service is good food is good, but store is very small and can get really cramped when it's busy
I occasionally get a bagel for lunch or breakfast at this place. Two days ago, when I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey... almond shimmer. I got my bagel, but it didn't taste right! I couldn't eat more than two bites, I went back to the staff andasked whether it is a fresh bagel, they tried to hide it until one of them got me the same exact order, but this time was fresh.I am so disappointed and frustrated that they tried to sell their old bagel! I have never had Einstein so today ordered a turkey sausage breakfast bagel and a tea on starship an hour and a half before they... closed. Simple right? Literally two items. They waited until they closed to cancel my order and now I have no food with classstarting in 10mins. Very disappointed. Very lazy. If you don?t wanna make my order don?t make me wait an hour and a half just tonot get food. Read more
