Just went there for a coffee, it's Starbucks

It gets two stars because they can finally do gift cards and they do a good job at making sandwiches, however, what?s the point... of having gift cards if you can?t use all of the money on them? I have two different gift cards that have 2 or 3 dollars on thembecause they can?t do partial payment with gift cards. This is more of a scam than good business. Twice in a row I waited over 25 mins to get a bagel warmed up. Watched over 15 people get served before me and my order get... completely forgotten until the manager came up to me and asked me what I ordered.
