Came to pick up a door dash order and manager lied about being open (they open at 6am according to google) she told me they... didn?t open until 7 and I was instructed to pick up the order before then. Just overly rude for no reason it was so lame. Read more

Been trying to remember to post a review about my horrible experiences with this location over the past several months. Was... wondering if they were near closing since they were always out of stuff, had nonchalant attitudes, and minimal staff. I haddecided not to visit for a while, but decided to give them another try within the past month and again today. I see that a lothas changed. The service has greatly changed. What a pleasant surprise! Brittany in drive-thru has a great personality, verygood at the window! Something has changed behind the scene- new mgt?- but it's been working...at least it was evident in my last2 visits. I must say though, I ordered an egg biscuit and made sure I stressed egg and biscuit only...and got home to a sausageegg and cheese biscuit. Guess I'll have to hold up drive-thru by checking every item in my bag. Kudos to Brittany though. Read more

So we were up for a union meeting and wanted something we didn't have in our town we all 3 ordered in the mobile app went up... to drive thru they said something and you couldn't understand so we sat there and waited and waited so we then went to thewindow and the lady was like what do you want we said we did a mobile order and she was like we can't do that and we were likewhy and she said that there was no chicken no tacos no this no that. We told her to cancel the orders but when I check myaccount they still took my money so that means the girl didn't cancel the order. I will not be going back the lady was rude andvery hateful. Pulled in to the lane with 3 cars ahead of me. Im still waiting to reach the window at a 20 minute drive time and counting. No... time left in my lunch break to find somewhere else to eat today. Really wish I could have jumped into the kitchen and made myburger myself. Makes no sense Read more

Just tried to order in the drive thru and someone came over the speaker and frustratedly said, "I'm sorry, we are not open,"... despite an open sign and open ours on Google. I understand if staff call in sick, but please put a sign on the speaker box orsomething. Read more

Horrible! Dry burger is missing a tomato and was room temperature. Fries were over cooked and crunchy. Girl didn?t give a... receipt (or napkins). Tried calling but no one answered. Ordered TWO #5s and paid $20 for this mess. This isn?t the first time.The same thing happened with breakfast. I?m done! Don?t waste your time. Read more
