I placed an order online because I couldn't go in to put up my sandwich. My friend agreed to pick it up for me. It was nothing... like l ordered online. I contacted Subway and all they did was argue with me. Lousy service for a Footlong that was totally notwhat I ordered. Besides being a regular take-out customer. Should have refunded my money for my dissatisfaction!!! Read more

I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza. The guy managing it put pepperoni and cheese on the pizza and stuck it in the oven. There... are topping in the picture and advertisement. When I asked for topping he told me it was my job to tell him before putting it inthe oven regardless of if it was my first time ordering. This guy has been working here for years and is not accommodating tothe customer at all. Personally, I am done with Subway in general. I am definitely not interested in this location. Read more

I ordered and paid for my food on the subway app so I can get in and out of the store. Upon arriving I let the guy know that was... working my name and I did an online order. He insisted that no order came through his system. I showed him valid proof of myorder the barcode to scan at the register and also my bank info for the transaction. He refused to make my order or give me arefund. He called his manager on the phone and he sided with the worker. I had to go through the troubles of filing a disputewith my bank just to get my money back. I will never go to this location again even if it is my neighborhood subway. I wasdefinitely embarrassed by the whole ordeal I was honestly treated like some type of scammer. Read more

Of course the food tastes like its supposed to. But let me make this clear. Subway is already STRUGGLING to keep up with the... new generation of consumers. So I advise the workers at this location to fix your attitudes cause you will loose business andSubway or who ever owns this location wont be able to afford to keep it open anymore. There's a million other places not farfrom here for a better price and better tasting food [Jimmy Johns, Mccalisters, Jersey Mike's, Penn Station, etc]. You alreadysit in a dead shopping center. I walked in the door i guess too close to closing time. The lady working threw her head back distraught and said "are you... kidding me!!!" then the young man working with her said to me and my sister as we approach the counter "Im sorry guys we arentmaking anymore food we close in 5 minutes" Shocked that we were able to walk in just to be turned away as if two six inchsandwhiches would have kept them there for hours longer. I work in customer service we open 5 minutes early and close 5 minuteslate just in case clients are late. This is a service business where you are there to serve customers. If I was able to walk inthere I should have been served. The point is that you weren't closed yet so there was no reason to turn away my business.Icalled the next day to speak with the store owner there were no managers available just a young lady with a bad attitude. Once idid speak with a manager 2 days later they were no help and didnt even so much as apologize to me for the bad service. I willnever return to this subway location as the service is bad and often the lady with the tattoos has a bad attitude. I will makesure non of my family or friends goes here to eat. Read more
