I used their online ordering system at 6:15pm on a Saturday. When I arrived to pick up my food at 7, the restaurant was closed,... and the employees were leaving. I do not understand how a corporation of this size cannot communicate with its customersproperly. They charged my credit card, but couldn?t bother to email me that the restaurant was closing. Boston Market is not what it used to be. They took off nearly all the good side dishes, and the ones they left are so bland and... tasteless. I still go there now and again for my mom, because she seems to have lost her sense of taste. The servers were professional, except ONE light-skinned Black young lady (not on uniform like the others.) Her entire attitude... was rushing the customer and intolerant of being asked any questions. I had my order prepared by two other workers, whoreplaced the mashed potatoes, that were somewhat dried out. (Very kind) When I asked what desserts I was seeing from afar in thecase, this young lady told me to read the sign placed before the checkout. I'd read the sign, but the ACTUAL DESSERTS wereharder to distinguish. The young lady acted as though I was bothering her and didn't want to assure me that I was ordering thecorrect selection.
