This location is under new ownership and management as of about August 2022. I have to say that the quality has improved a lot... since. Bit of a tip. It's fresher and much more delicious if you pick it up vs Door Dash. DD drivers drive around for half anhour, go in all sorts of weird directions and the pizza is cold by the time it gets to you. You can't get extra cheese with DoorDash, either. You have to order by phone and pick up. Read more

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OR USE URBER EATS FOR THIS LOCATION or at all for that matter. After I placed a order through... uber eats for this location Georgia's pushed the delivery time SEVERAL TIMES even passed there business hours. This left me nochoice but to cancel the order, I never received any food and not even a phone called. I have called this location several timesthe same man answers the phone and lies that the GM will be in but when you do a follow up call at the time given to call back"Daniel the fake GM" is never in. Looks like 5 stars, tastes like 1.5. Couldn?t even finish it. The cheese was all wrong, didn?t even taste like it was melted-... something was just all off with this- worst calzone I ever had. I've been eating Georgio's for most of my life, having grown up in the heights, and I've always liked them... This location... today, though, was absolutely awful to my friend and me. My friend ordered me a pizza because I've been sick, with no cheese (hedidn't select any cheese choices in the Slice app and there was no "No Cheese" choice), because I'm lactose intolerant. Whenthey delivered me a pizza with cheese, he called them to ask for a refund or replacement, and instead of just eating the couplebucks of cost, they blamed him for not saying "no cheese" in the message. They refused to give a refund, and told him to callthe app he used. He did this, and the app rep called them with him on the phone. The Georgio's employee they spoke to at thispoint called my friend a liar for pointing out that one of the employees admitted to not reading his message, then hung up onhim when he got angry about them calling him one. After he called again, they agreed to re-deliver the pizza, something theycould have done in the first place... and when that 2nd pizza was delivered, it didn't have any chicken on it, despite thatbeing in the original order (you can see it in the first photo). I'm eating it anyway, because it's been hours since theoriginal order. It's amazing to me that despite there being a legitimate food allergy complaint about a simple mistake theymade, they wouldn't just own up to it, made my friend run around in circles just to try and get his money back for food that Icouldn't even eat, and then they STILL couldn't get the order right. I've worked for restaurants and customer service for thelast 8 years... This entire situation was utterly ridiculous. Read more
