Worst McDonald's ever. Horrible customer service. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. No one took my order so I drove... up to the window to order. The girl said she could NOT take my order, I would have to go back through the drive thru. Sheflat-out refused and laughed at me about it. Every time I go her it's something else that goes wrong. Wish I could give 0 stars. Truly horrendous service. Waiting over an hour for 3 meals?? Isn?t this supposed to be fast food?... It?s not like they were short on staff tonight. Maybe they were having an off night but I?ve never had an experience like thisat any other McDonald?s location. If we hadn?t already paid for our food, we would have left. Don?t waste your time here and goto Wendy?s or, better yet, Cheesecake Factory. They?ll get you seated, served, and out of there before you?d even get your foodhere. Never again. Read more
