Ordered three simple things One Big Mac and two McChickens we get to the window the girl says one big pack two McChickens right... we agree take off go to unwrap one of the McChickens and it was a McDouble both of them work so all she got for burgers and nochicken not to mention it took forever just to get that. Worst McDonald's ever. Horrible customer service. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. No one took my order so I drove... up to the window to order. The girl said she could NOT take my order, I would have to go back through the drive thru. Sheflat-out refused and laughed at me about it. Every time I go her it's something else that goes wrong. Wish I could give 0 stars. Truly horrendous service. Waiting over an hour for 3 meals?? Isn?t this supposed to be fast food?... It?s not like they were short on staff tonight. Maybe they were having an off night but I?ve never had an experience like thisat any other McDonald?s location. If we hadn?t already paid for our food, we would have left. Don?t waste your time here and goto Wendy?s or, better yet, Cheesecake Factory. They?ll get you seated, served, and out of there before you?d even get your foodhere. Never again. Read more
Went a week ago got my daughter a happy meal (which took forever to place the order). Finally got the box and no nuggets just... fries and apples and a toy. I was extremely upset. Thank God I checked the order. Asked for refund and was told they don't dorefunds. Here's your nuggets have a good day. Hhhmmm that's why ppl throw things at them at the drive thru. Read more
They got my order partially right, I ordered a meal but apparently it wasn?t written down. At least the sandwich was correct... with folded egg, not round. There has been some improvement there the last couple of years. Read more

It is an OK Mcdonalds. Once received a single instead of double cheeseburger. But another time received extra chicken nuggets.... Inside seating is open so that is nice. Read more
