LISTEN! Lorenzo and Aiden are killing it manning the grill and the lot. Holding down like a sunset on a romantic picnic.... Providing the perfect backdrop to a delicate evening. Without their superb intellect and speed, giving Sonic the Hedgehog a runfor his money, this place would collapse. They are they cornerstones to a temple of American aspirations. I ordered a veggie burger with no cheese, and I received a meat burger with cheese. I then called the location to inform them... about it and they said that I had to call corporate to get my refund. Then I called corporate and told them about what happened,and they told me that they can?t do refunds at corporate and that I had to call the location. I called the location again andthey refused a refund. I used to love this place but now i?ll never be back! I never got my refund and felt sick after taking abite of meat because I have been vegetarian for years. Disappointed! Read more
Wow is all I have to say. Service was incredible. Our Server Tommy was arguably the greatest server I have ever had. The way he... delivered the menu, the way he ran to the car was so magnificent it rekindled my relationship with my estranged father. Not tomention my failing marriage that he also saved just by the way he handed us our jalapeño poppers. I can?t thank Tommy enough hegave me new purpose. Read more
First time at swensons today and had Julie as my server. She did a great job recommending different menu items and seemed very... efficient at her job. She brought out the food quickly and made sure I had everything I ordered. Will come again soon! Read more
I got a galley boy and it was delicious. It came out quickly and it was cooked well. My server josh was also highly energetic... and passionate. He also knew the menu inside and out. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Read more
I love this place, the burgers are amazing. I say if you have a bad experience try again anywau. I go to the one on chagrin.... But the last two times in a row I went their the same bellboy messed my order up. We even told him the last time we were theirthey did it. so we spoke slow and he seemed to make sure it was right. Well no it was wrong again. We got 7 burgers I get 2 orthree and my husband gets 4 or 5. Well they gave us 5 of my burgers and 2 of his. He doesn't like the way I get mine at all. Sowhen they did this it was a waste because he won't eat them. Second time in a row they did this. and it's not a hard order. Wementioned it and he still did it again. We always give 7 to 10 dollar tip. Then when we said it was wrong he just looked at us.So we left. They were so so busy that night. We waited an hour. Then the burgers sucked. I was so mad I almost called. Howevertheir burgers are very good , very seldom do we get em and think their bad. Read more
The first two times we came it was great, but the last 4 times have just been terrible. Poorly put together food and attitude... from staff if a tip is not as much as they would like. Most likely will not be coming back. I don't need to be treated poorly tothen eat messy and carelessly assembled fast food. Read more
