I HIGHLY do not recommend . Staff was very disrespectful to me. I ordered delivery through the Tropical Smoothie app and I had... my smoothie missing. When I called the first time, the lady I spoke to confirmed that my smoothie was missed. I was told tocall tech support for delivery transactions and given an incorrect phone number. I called a second time which took a few timesto get through because no one was answering the phone. When I finally made it through the same lady answered put me on hold for15 minutes, then hung up. 3rd time I got through, I got the correct number to tech support. I call and was told the store aaa tocall and request the refund not the customer. I called about 10 times after that, no answer. I called about 2 hours later, a newlady answers the phone and claims she cannot do that. That I need to wait for a manager. When I tried to explain that all techsupport needed was someone from the store to speak to, to confirm the refund, she refused multiple times to help me at all andthen hung up on me. This is terrible customer service. I was avoided, given attitude, and hung up on. Will never order from hereagain. I literally got robbed from them not completing my order nor refunding me. I told the employee my name was ?Amanda? and the employee decided to shorten it to ?Man.? So I had to respond to the name ?man?... every time they had a part of my order ready at the counter. Disrespectful and careless. The attitude behind the counter whileworking was unacceptable too. One small error lost my business for good. Read more

I wish I could give zero stars, if I had looked at our wraps in our to go order before we were already on 75 I would have asked... for a full refund, the kids Turkey cheese wraps weren?t even edible, they still had cold shredded cheese in them. We weremissing an entire sandwich and bags of chips from our order. Smoothies were fine but what a waste of a stop while traveling whenthe whole car is left hungry. Read more

Kale apple slaw is not good. They don't put the dressing on it anymore. I use to love it. Wraps have gotten smaller. I still... love the avocalado smoothie. I highly recommend. Very creamy and stays cold and frozen. Read more

Went with a friend (their idea). After I'd seen the smoothie prices I figured the prices on food would be similarly "upscale".... Not so outrageous, it turns out. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap ($8) with the kale & apple slaw side. Must be a shortage of bothbecause I could see the bottom of the container which was at best 1/3 full. Flavor was fine but quantity was seriouslylacking. The wrap was acceptable though the chicken was weirdly chewy. Most of the flavor is in the sauce but the freshvegetables in it are nice & crunchy. I'd stop again in a pinch but not unless there wasn't a better choice. Read more

My son and I popped in on Friday for an after school smoothie. This store is located beside Rack room shoes in the area of... University Town Center. We walked straight up to order and was greeted by a very friendly lady! The place was spotlessly cleanand there wasn?t a chair out of place. We ordered 2 smoothies, a sunrise sunset and a blueberry one. They were ready quickly andwe sat and chatted peacefully for 15-20 mins. Very clean, fast service and friendly! Read more
