The food was decent. However our waitress was terrible. There was no one in the restaurant. She wasn?t busy but she would not... even speak to us. She would just drop stuff off at our table without a word. No refill on our drinks. Never came back to checkon us. I had to waive down the hostess and ask where our check was since we had been done eating for over 10 minutes. Finallygot our check and the waitress didn?t take off the half price appetizers. Had to wait a few more minutes and waive down thehostess again who couldn?t change it herself. Finally got our waitress who clearly didn?t want to work or talk to us. Afteranother 10 minutes she still had not fixed our check. She finally fixed it and we were able to pay the correct amount. Terribleterrible service for having zero customers in the restaurant. Our waitress is not a people person and never came to refill ourdrinks and wouldn?t speak to us. You should not have to waive down other employees to get a receipt and then to get it fixed. It's been awhile since we have had a truly great experience in a restaurant as busy as they were on a Friday @ 6:00 p.m.! If it... wasn't for Joey (Our server) and the rest of the Staff & Management it would probably another 6 month before we would ventureout with are young Grandkids for a sit down meal. Thank You ALL! It was not busy at all but I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get a water. There was over 5 waiters/waitresses around but... they were hiding because not 1 passed our table to ask if we needed any refills or anything after giving us our drinks and food,and we needed refills napkins and straws. We had a little wait for the food which wasn't a problem besides the mozzarella stickseverything was cold and nasty.. The lemonade slushes tasted weird so nobody finished them. this isn?t my first time coming here and BOTH times i had found hair in my food and their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. i... had expected a better experience this time i came and it was no different. i waited almost a hour for my food and it washorrible. found 2 hairs on my plate and my forks and knife wasn?t sanitary. their bathrooms smelt horrible and there was urineall over the seats. please do better applebees. I come here at least once a week with my wife. Last night was by far the worst experience I?ve had. The man seating people at... the counter was very smug and rude. We asked to be seated in the bar, which we usually just walk right into. He told us therewas a 5 minute wait as they were understaffed. Ok no problem we will wait. Immediately after he tells us this another personwalks past him into the bar and seat themselves. I asked the front of house why he was able to just walk in and he literallyjust ignored me. After waiting 15 minutes we decided to go elsewhere all the while this guy kept telling more people the waitwas only 5 minutes. At one point people are starting to complain and he turns his head away to chuckle and laugh, when he saw Inoticed he rushed to the back to grab more silverware. Like I said I come here a lot, but I will definitely be questioning whereor not they will get my business again. The food was okay and my server was nice, but I found two short hairs in my entree and didn't have the heart to bring it up.... Other than that it was nice to sit and chill for a bit. I was there a bit early, so it was pretty slow. Also the drink I got wasvery good. Read more

We had a very nice experience for lunch today. Anisha was helping out and she was super helpful and friendly, Jennifer ran the... bar and made sure we were doing well. One thing I will say is this place is clean and that is important for us. The food waspretty good along with good size portions. I recommend this place for lunch. Read more
