Says they?re open 24 hours. But just went there and they were closed. Drove to the next closest location that says they?re open... 24 hours and they were closed too. False advertising. 09/13/22. Unbelievable. I just went to this location again and theperson who answered the drive thru said they couldn?t serve any food right now. JIB pretended to care and told me to file acomment thru their website after the last incident , which I did, only to have them not reply to me. What a joke. Your companyis garbage. This location is not open 24 hours as they advertise. I have attempted to go through the drive through of this location several... times in the last 2-3 months in the early morning (between 3:30 AM and 4 AM) and there are chairs blocking the drive through. Iunderstand the need to clean the facility and other housekeeping duties might impact this location, but if you claim to be open24 hours to serve customers then you should be available 24 hours. Lobby is never open so people who drive big work vans can't fit in the drive thru and your employees are just sitting in the... lobby on their phones. Read more

I stopped at Jack in the Box and had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries, which I asked without salt but the fries that I got... were very salty. Sometimes Jack in the Box, can get the order right and other times they seem not able to understand your order.I think that the management needs to educate their employees to listen to what people are ordering. In my case, the doctors haveput me on a low sodium diet. When I get my order, I usually check the fries for salt and I have taken my order back because Ican't have that much salt. Most of the young people think that they need to enough salt to cure a deer, when most of the Seniorsare on a low sodium diet. If Jack in the Box doesn't change the thoughts of the employees, then they will loose a lot of patronsthat come and utilize their business. Read more
Drive thru cashier was in a hurry to have me place my order. My sandwich was over cooked hard to chew. Thru it away. Fries were... stale. Tomatoes were the ends ( ew) and the chicken patty was so small. Not worth the money. If the manager sees this I'd likea full refund of our order I'm keeping my receipt. Hadn't had Jack in the Box for almost a year (not one where I live) and when I saw the sign i was super happy. The monster tacos... are really good, for fast food tacos. Place was clean and service was as quick as possible. Read more
