My sandwich was great. Would've given 5 stars, but the wife's unwich was put together poorly.

JT is amazing and needs a raise or even a promotion to GM! I had a large order and called to pay, the person answered the phone... and when I asked for Jt the manager u was coldly informed that u was talking to the GM. I arranged to make a cash payment. Itipped $40 and expected it to go to the hard working people making the order. When I picked up my order I was shocked to beinformed that the $40 tip was not given to the people that prepared the order. I took $20 out of my personal money (corporatepaid for the food)to tip the 2 gentlemen that worked so hard on my order. Again JT is amazing and I will make sure when we usethem again to make sure payments are made directly that day as to insure the hardworking people are appropriately taken care of! Read more

I hate chu, gawddamn, do i hate you Jimmy johns.... And this location...yuck. sandiwiches were garbage. Oh, and they changed the... bread recipe....Changed The Bread Recipe?!?! The best Jimmy John's (University Place - Pierce County), compared to others!!! I was able to get all the veggies I needed.... Staff listened and asked questions and this was the first sandwich that was prepared the way I wanted it. She was great! Thankyou Jimmy John's restaurant in UP! Read more

Very fast service ???? and very quick delivery. Parking can be a bit of a pain because of the way the parking lot is designed,... but I can't really fault them for that. The sandwiches ???? are on point ??. Never had a problem with any of my orders at thislocation. This a great ???? place to snag a sub in University Place. Read more

Terrible customer service. Very rude. Refused to take our order because we weren't wearing masks. The man that claimed to be the... general manager wasn't even wearing his mask the right way. He was making sandwiches with his nose exposed. He kept touching hismask then touching the sandwiches. Very hypocritical self righteous. They just lost my business. Read more
