This McDonald's has kind social employees that make the experience wonderful!! They always serve food that is fresh and take... pride in their work. Sometimes, I go to the McDonald's on 19th in University Place and instantly regret it and wish I would havegone to the one on 38th and Bridgeport. Keep up the great work!! You are all appreciated!! Line usually goes pretty fast, but I don?t think I?ve ever ordered an ice cream Sunday and been told ?sure! We have ice cream... left.? Either the machine is broken or they are out completely, which is pretty inconvenient for being the cheapest ice creamwithin five miles. Read more
It would be nice to get fries that are fully cooked with my order. Got home and discovered fries that were obviously not fully... cooked. This is akin to theft when you sell a product that can't be eaten. This happens far too often. Maybe the StateAttorney General should get involved? Read more
In past, this location had been mediocre or less in service, and/ or quality. Today,we decided to give them another try, using... the app, (not being there for over a year. Not counting remodel time.) and it was the best service AND quality this location hasever had!! Our food was hot, and served in under 3 minutes of wait time!! We ordered for our whole family! Food is usually just as expected and fine - thus the second star - originally. I have removed all the stars possible due to... repeated repeated serves of weak or syrup-free soda pop at the Bridgeport McDonald's the past few months. I must assume it isintentional at this point. Probably the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Literally does not have high chairs or booster seats and a bunch of random... chairs no toddler could sit in to even see the table. When I asked the worker about high chairs he was like irritated I evenasked and said just, no. There?s no refills outside the counter and no condiments, was given two ketchup packets for 3 fries andmultiple items you would use it for. When I asked for more he told me I already gave you some. I Live near this McDonald's and when this manager is working the ship is tight your food gets to you as ordered hot in a timely... matter & the manager always has a nice smile for you. Also when this manager's working they have a very lovely woman at the doorwelcoming you in & also gives you a nice smile and best wishes for the day, I don't know if this manager put this lady in placebut however it is it happened nice touch McDonald's, nice touch. Now when the other manager is working not so much she alwaysseems bothered you can wait 10 minutes to get your order and cross your fingers that it is still warm. And I don't ever rememberseeing the nice woman at the door when this other manager lady is working. Seriously when I go in and see that it is her runningthe show I simply leave now. Shame Read more
