Usually pretty good pizza. But tonight's was disappointing, disgusting really. I have never had a more undercooked pizza in my... life. The crust was just dough. The cheese was only partially melted. And it was coldthroughout. There is no way that someonecooked tgus pizza and thought "yep, this is good to go". Rating 2 because they Stephs usually does a good job. Tonight's mealwas a hard zero though. I hope it's not a trend. Edit: now I'm noticing that they close at 9:00 on Fridays (odd time to closeon Friday night). We did not know that at time and called in our order at around 8:20. So basically they just half cooked ourpizza in order to close up. I dont blame anyone for wanting to close at your scheduled time. Just let people know that there'snot enough time to correctly make your order please. Read more
We have been super loyal customers for 3 years now but recently the customer service and the quality of their pizzas have taken... a huge dip. They do not put enough toppings on their pizzas; it’s mostly bread and sauce and when you bring that to theirattention, they get ‘short’ with you and do not like to address it. I absolutely love supporting a local pizza shop. Steph's has weekly text deals, fast delivery (I don't live far), and the nicest... employees. The pizza is flavorful with just enough cheese and you have get the cinnamon sticks. They remind me of elephant earsfrom the fair. Read more
Pizza was really good, but, all the toppings slid to one side. So, not so great on the side without toppings.
So, I mistakenly posted this review on the wrong company. Oops.. Having been a customer from years ago (not long after they... first opened), it had been a while and we were excited for this order. Sadly it was a huge letdown. Customer service was great,the blond gal that helped me out was absolutely awesome. She was welcoming and friendly, she was even willing to walk my orderto my car if needed. I initially had no shoes on. She was totally down to help me out and keep my feet out of the store. She isthe best. So,I pick up my 80+ dollar older (that also included tip) and headed home about a 10-12 minute drive. Once home, Ifind my cheese/pepperoni pizza very dark. Not burnt but definitely overcooked. I was able to determine that by my next pizza.The BBQ chicken looked great, but then I noticed onions on the pizza, which sucked because I had requested no onions. Sad daybecause texture is a big deal to me. To add to the disappointment, nothing was cut all the way through. Pizza, cheesesticks,etc...we had to cut ourselves, and not easy to find cutting implements when you're moving and your house is packed up. I wouldgive 1 star for the food. The other two are for the gal that helped me. No wait, she gets 3 stars. I'm not giving up though,bwcause I know this is not a typical order from them. Steph's has fantastic food, this was hopefully just a bad day. It justsucked to build up the excitement, pay a ton, then be let down. Also when you order online they give you a time frame of whenyour order should be done but they don't send you another email telling you when it is done, so I waited 50 minutes but I'mpretty sure my pizza was done long before that. Just perfect. The flavor of the pizza was super good. From the marinera sauce to the toppings, everything tasted great. I also... ordered the cheesy bread and loved every bit of it. The staff was very friendly and the order came out pretty quick. Overall,loved this spot. Thank you for bringing joy to my belly on my road trip through the northwest! Read more
Small pizza was great, 15 minutes wait had the right amount of cheese, sauce and meats.Tried the cannoli which was also great.... Canoli had good consistency and not super sweet just right. The jalapeño cheese bread is also good. Definitely would come back. Read more
Amazing pizza, every time!! I come here because I like their Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza, the Madison Avenue pizza, and their... fabulous Classic Cheesy bread. Everything I get from here is delicious, WAY better than any pizza joint I've been to in theSeaTac area. Really friendly service too, they are super fast and always amazing about the inside of the store and how great thepizza looks/tastes.
