I ordered 4 sandwiches online and 10 minutes into my order was notified that they did not have any flat bread for 1 of my 4... sandwiches and I would need to cancel my order and reorder so that there bread count is correct ????????????, are you f%&*ingkidding me! I told them since my order was confirmed there was no way to cancel on my end nor should I need to, just useartesian bread instead. She insisted they could not and I would have to reorder the entire order just to replace the bread onone sandwich. Guess who gets to carry the financial burden of the first order, not Subway. I asked to speak with the manager andwas told she was canceling my order on her end. Needless to say I did not reorder and will not be eating at this establishmentagain. I reached out to Subway corporate as the matter is pending. i have had issues everytime i go. this time the girl rang me up for the wrong order. rang me up for a 12 in instead of a 6 in... because she wouldnt stop talking about tiktoks to her coworker.... then told me you live and you learn nothing we can do aboutit and we dont care. absolutely rude service. refused to do a refund instead voided my card and charge me again so what shouldhace been a 7$ order was over 20$ Read more

Didnt get a bag for my to go order nor was I offered a cookie. This is not the subway service that I am used too. I had a... footlong to go order. In UP i have noticed in the past 2 years that the customer service, and the over all attitudes in therestaurant and retail service industry is suffering & needs help. I just do not understand why an employee has, lack of pride inones company and the jib they do anymore. What happened to the golden rule? They messed up my delivery order and when I called, they were very patient and sweet. They refunded my money back. Even though... they made a mistake, I will still get my sandwiches from this store. Other than tonight, I have never had any issues. Thank youSubway :) Read more

Excellent service! The food service employee went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. Too bad the owner doesn't think... food service workers deserve to be tipped or I'd have given five stars. I mean c'mon, no one wants to carry cash in a pandemic,how are you gonna be the only subway in town that doesn't bother to set up a tip-by-card system? That's pretty sad, if they'rehaving issues getting it set up or something I hope it's resolved asap. Read more

They don?t never answer the phone, occasionally they?re rude as heck (I?ve only dealt with one chick in there that is helpful &... professional) and the app always says that they are closed when they aren?t but they seem to be open different hours that whatis listed on the building. So after confirming on the app that they are in fact open I proceeded to place an order u know toavoid any possible customer service issues. So the charge comes through $52.08 and then immediately says the store cannot acceptyour order then it shows closed again. Now mind u I?m thinking okay the charged will be reversed nope hasn?t been and do theyever answer the phone? Nope. Read more
