I enjoy eating at Bakers every time I am in the IE. I like the Mexican and burgers combo. It's like Del Taco but different in... a good way. The fries are kind of thin like shoestrings. The hot sauce is good too. I almost always get the Twin Kitchenmeal. A burger, a taco, fries & a drink. Pretty standard but it is so good. I like how they size combos as Jr (small)., Mama(medium) & Papa (large). I think A & W did something like this when I was a kid. I'm waiting to try breakfast, I've neverbeen out early enough to get it. It looks good and I will try it soon. Read more
The customer service was good and timely. The food was not what I'm used to receiving from Baker's. The taco burger was cold... and had very little meat and cheese and no mustard. The fries were hot but not completely cooked and had no salt. Read more
Carl's tossed me out for having a bicycle (I bike commute). Worked out great though. Tried a new burger (BLT) and it was better... than I expected. Girlfriend and I had a craving for something sweet so we got some ice cream before leaving. Staff were superpolite too. Read more
I go here quite often for lunch if I forget mine at home or I woke up late and didn't have time to make it. Each and every one... of those times they have never messed up my order! Good food, great staff! Read more
Today around 1140 I went to bakers. I attempted to place my order but was asked to hold which took almost two minutes. I order... a plain cheeseburgers with a small fry and drink which cost a little over 8 dollars. I than waited for almost 16 minutes to getto the window and pay for my food. The person who was working the drive thru read back the wrong order, which I had to correcthim, and than charged me . I than proceeded to wait for a few more minutes. All in all, I waited for almost 22 minute withthree cars ahead of me. I'm not sure why I went to bakers being that In & Out is not to far and it would have been cheaper andbetter service. I asked the mgr (damien) for the district managers number and he gave me a number for Veronica. I attempted tocall it which learned that it was the number for the upland store. Damien apologized and said I gave u the wrong number. Icalled the new number (corporate customer service) and was told that I would not be able to speak with veronica, but that Icould leave my complaint with her. Her response was sorry and I can't comment on the service bakers offers versus in &out. Bottom line i will not be returning to bakers, over priced and bad service. Read more
My bean burrito and quesadilla and fries were hot and pretty good. Took a little while to get my order but it was semi-busy... inside and drive through was busy too. Food quality is average or slightly above and nothing to right home about but it iscooked to order. I do like coming here when you are kind of tired of the routine McDonald's and Carl's Jr and Jack in the Box. Read more
Got a pollo asada burrito - more like rice burrito with hints of chicken? ?? I wasn?t expecting a bunch of chicken but I at... least expected to taste some. We hadn't had Bakers in years and years but the kids got coupens from the library for reading. For free food was fine, but... looking at the prices and after experiencing the quality, I wouldn't be back. Read more
