I was unhappy with this place on Mountain. I chicken breast sandwich was not what I expected. It was badly made. The tables... weren't cleaned. The women's restroom was in very bad condition. Water was leaking from the roof. It needs remodeling. I don'tthink I will go to this place again. Read more
I like bk only for 1 item, I went today and they were on break which doesn't matter to me, but the fact that every single one of... the workers took break at the same time (closing the store) is ridiculous. From what I remember working in food and or retail isthat not every worker takes a break at the same time. They need a manager there or something bc I wasn't about to wait 30minutes for them all to decide to come back. Lazy work ethics in my eyes. Read more

Not sure what's going on with the stale/dry/ over toasted buns, but it was not the first time it happened when I ordered a... Whopper. The first time it happened the bun was so stale and fell apart, I just let it go, but it happened again, over toasted,when I took the burger apart you can tell it was over toasted because they were black. Probably not going to be back ...Especially since I asked about a special that they said they didn't have that I literally saw the commercial for the day of.Also the chicken fries weren't fresh. I went through the drive-thru this evening with my wife and ordered some food and noticed only one worker handling both Drive... Through and Front Counter. The establishment was clean and neat yet the burger and the service is lacking. What happened to FLAMED BROILED. I don't... think it should look like the pic in closed it gave me hebbiejebbiez to look at it. Creeped me out. Why do staff ack likeclaiming your rewards from the app is like they are paying for it. They THROW AWAY more food in a day. Why is it so hard togive out free small frie or drink from an app reward. You won on the daily drive game. That they apparently don't even know isgoing on. Employees were nice. The place had an odor that I didn't like. Got the round up burger.. it was okay. The place was dirty though... which was a turn off. The soad machine was not working and they did not have any shakes. They had one slushie flavor out of thethree they sell. Needless to say this was not a pleasant trip. Read more
The food was Luke warm and cold within min of getting it. My green burrito was soaked with green sauce that it was a soppy mess... I couldn't and didn't even enjoy it. The two young men though really friendly seemed to be more interested in talking andlaughing among one another then coming back to the window to give us things they forgot in our order.
