Came through the drive through, asked if this location had the plant based chicken, nope. That?s ok, asked for it on the side... and I?ll give to my daughter who eats chicken. Asked for NO onions. I pull up to the window and hear the lady at the registertalking about the loco lady and the pollo bowl. I?m sorry, we all have our own food preferences, doesn?t mean we are crazy andit?s rude, people are so d@$& judgmental. Get home and fine the chicken is on the side and I guess they figured they?d give me achicken sized amount of onions instead of the NO onions I asked for. Will not be returning but drive farther out of my way towhere I receive better service and the plant based I?m looking for. Read more
The new double chicken Nachos are awesome. The weird part we were going to leave and all the doors were locked. Another customer... asked why they were locked, manager said we are so short staffed we have to lock them to take breaks. Luckly the third doorwould not open from outside, but if you push it from inside it opens, out we went. Also isn't that a fire code about to remainunlocked while open? Read more
For a fast place it's actually really fresh and can definitely be healthy. I usually pick up a Chicken Tostada salad with their... creamy cilantro sauce. One of my favorite things to eat. You won't be disappointed Read more
Ordered to go the double chicken fit pollo bowl and the chicken was a little dry every thing else in bowl seemed fresh.

I went to the El Pollo Loco by disneyland and tried the new beef birria and it was great I loved the dipping sauce so I tried it... again near me and they used plain taco sauce I'll stick to going to the one in Anaheim this one near me never gets my orderright. Ever since the pandemic customer service is really horrible businesses don't care and this place is always empty I'munderstanding why. Read more
