The food at this place is great but the service and attention to detail is garbage. I?ve ordered to go orders here several times... and more often than not they mess it up. They recently forgot 3/4 of my order, made the guacamole spicy when mild was ordered(so my kids couldn?t eat it), and told me that they would not refund me unless I brought back the 1/4 of the order (which is notclose to my house). They had the order waiting early for me like they got it down too! They?re plenty of other Mexican foodrestaurants that have good food and service go there instead of here! Read more
Good Mexican food. Very friendly staff. I had the combo plate, enchiladas and taco, generous portions and tasty. Recommended.
Elvira's grill never disappoints. To this day anything I order tastes great. Service is great too. Prices are about on par with... any restaurants of that caliber. It was $35 for two plates. Not too bad. I look forward to my next visit. Read more
This was an excellent opportunity to savor authentic Mexican food... we first had a guacamole prepared fresh at the table for... the four of us. it was delicious. I had the Flautas de Pollo and I often have this at other restaurants but here it was farexceeded my expectations. the flour tortillas we cooked but not dry and blended together in a smooth and tasty blend offlavors... SO GOOD... double YUM! WOW... service was excellent and I'm only sorry I don't live nearby. I will definitely make apoint to stop here again when back to California. Thanks! Read more

This place was smaller and the Service seemed better. If I hadto choose between the two I would go with Upland. Read more
Excellent service delicious margaritas and mouth watering meals were the highlights of this restaurant. Pure deliciousness 3... combo plate with chili relleno enchilada and crispy taco. Beans and rice were perfectly seasoned and moist. Chicken cheesequesadilla was a nice choice from the appetizer section. We couldn't get enough of the chips and salsa. Read more
First time there after seeing a review by someone on the Google Maps. It did not disappoint!!! I'm an absolute Mexican food... junkie and this place hit the nail on the head!!! Being our first time, we shared a plate of the "Patron Fajitas." It came withsteak, shrimp, chicken, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and guacamole. Our food was prepped to perfection. I just wanna know.whaydo they season their Carne asada and chicken in. It was that good!!! The hubby ordered a Margarita which was $8 and very largeand as he said, "this $#!+ is good right here!!!" I had a Corona, no biggie, lol. The restaurant was very clean. The music waspiped in and added to the already nice atmosphere. The ladies were very nice and helpful with menu options. This is a fantastic local Upland Mexican restaurant. We love visiting here. They chips and salsa are great. Everyone has loved... everything they've ordered. I love the flautas, my husband loves the mole, my mom loves the salmon salad, my dad loves theirfajita salad, my sisters like the burritos. We all really have a favorite! Read more
