I lived in Upland over 22 yrs n started few yrs ago to buy pizza from Ceasers n for the price n taste I will wait 15 min ..once... as I moved it took 35 min for my order that shud have been quick I forget the name of the special n yes I was uptight..fellaswere hungry n it was over 100%out..but I will travel to this same location from where I'm at now because I know I get a perfectpizza each time..you guys that I hv had ordered from n one young lady are really awesome..I apreciate ya kids n keep mking yourcash n makin great pizza..I was a youngster once n kudos to you guys..... Went in around 9:25pm to place an order wasn't helped for a few minutes as I heard employees in the back talking and laughing... then a shorter guy (manager on duty I assume) informs they cant take any orders because "we had to close registers" ????shouldupdate restaurant hours so people dont waste time driving Read more
I wouldn?t even give them a star. I ordered my food at 8:42 pm I get there at 9:15pm to get my order the girl says 15 min. I... orders 3 pizza total was $21.00 to only be told there is no order here. I live directly around the corner their number is storedin my phone and I get here for them to tell me ?there is no order maybe you called another one? and at 9:30 I say forget it I?mnot going back and forth can I order for them to say we are closed we aren?t taking no more orders. Then I hear the girl whotook the order say to the other guy oops I forgot to put the order in. I know sign language lady. This is the mostunprofessional Little Caesars I have ever encountered. Nasty greasy pizza, horrible customer service and the wait just to place an order was a long time. The crazy bread sticks were... doughy inside.. the only thing good that we got from there was the soda., everything went to the trash. My kid had one bite ofpizza and left his plate so greasy and one bread stick. I definitely won?t be going back there!! Read more
Placed an online order, when I showed up to pick it up at the time I was given it was still not ready. I had to wait another 20... mins to get my food. There was one other customer there it was pretty empty so not sure why the order wasn?t ready. I wasexcited to get the Batman calzony but unfortunately it was a let down it was very greasy, salty, over cooked and just a hot messas you can see in the picture. Also their customer service is none existent no apology was given or even an excuse as to why theorder wasn?t ready. The guy asked me for my order info I kept trying to show him the email confirmation w all the info on thereand for some reason he refused to look at it and kept asking his questions. If he would have looked at the confirmation it wouldhave been faster for him to look it up I guess he likes to do more work than necessary. I will not be going back to thislocation the food tasted bad, service and wait was bad I ended up leaving before the customer that was there before me I feltbad for that person as well. Read more
Didn't cook long enough.. I don't understand how they can't tell its not cooked.. when they slice the pizza they can literally... feel the difference and see the dough is not done all the way.. yet they still put them up.. had to do it rite my self in theoven.. made it nice and crisp cheese was all melted and delicious...
