Great pizza. Don't sign up for VIP you will get a BoGo but can't use it when you call in for a pizza. You have to be in store to... use it. Even tho the coupon says dine-in or take-out. So I have to order in store an wait there for 30 minutes. Why can't I callit in?? Read more
First of all the place was very clean and it wasn't to busy when I want.The severs where very nice and got are food right away. ... I order a small pizza and wings with breadsticks. First of all the prices where ok but the different between a mini and a smallwas bit off 8.99 for a mini to 13.99 and the size was a one or two inches bigger then the mini. But the pizza was good. So we came here and got a medium pizza, two salads, and two drinks. The pizza was recommended by the young lady behind the... counter and was amazing. The problem was the bill was $50.55 not including the two separate cash tips we left for the younglady...BUT when I got the bank notification later that night, it showed that I was charged an additional $10 for a total of$60.66!!! With tips, one medium pizza, two salads, and two drinks cost almost $70! 1st and last time we'll visit! Followup: The reply from Mountain Mike's was a joke. You never addressed overcharging me, but instead say to use the app and "gladthe salad was fresh"!?!? That says much about your business practice. First time at Mountain Mikes. Very good pizza! The toppings are also quite generous. I used the app and got a BOBO offer... which made each pizza less than $12 so pretty good on the price too. Will do again when I'm in the area! Read more

At the time of this... review Mountain Mike's on Foothill Boulevard in Upland California has good customer service. The half pineapple and halfpepperoni pizza was good. Staff was friendly. Pizza maker has the skills to prep your pizza the way you like. Kudos to you.Unfortunately I forgot his name. The facility was clean from the dining room to the restroom. The pizza was made on time. Theone gripe I will mention here the soda cup I used had a soapy taste but the employees were quick to offer me another cup. Sothere you have it folks you can make your own opinion whether to eat at Mountain Mike's. Read more
It was really really good, it sticks to the crust so well and we got half pepperoni half cheese garlic on creamy garlic sauce!... The pepperoni itself has that good grease coming off of it, if you know you know. Staff was real friendly and helpful. Dudemaking the pizza had a real cool attitude. I will be back. First time ever visiting MT. Mike's pizza. 5? for the pizza. 2? for the experience. Walked in for a carry out order of 2 pizzas.... Place was completely empty and was greeted by the host behind the counter which gave my son a cup for water. (Thank you!) Shesaid it would be a good 30 minute wait which was fine. 10-15 minutes later, a family of 10 along with other patrons started toplace orders. Close to the elapsed time, I started getting curious to why other customers were getting appetizers and theirpizzas brought out to them including the large party especially when I showed up 10-15 minutes before any of them. I simplywalked up front and asked to make sure it was carry out and 10 minutes later my order came out with a less than sincere apologyfor the wait. I didn't mind the wait, what I did mind is how I was there first and was served last. The 2 star is solely on howI felt walking out of this establishment. I was embarrassed. Read more
