I love this place . We?ve been living in upland just corners away from Padua pasta makers for over 80 years and this place makes... me feel proud of having them here in our wonderful community. Best thing since The old Baldy Brewing company. Have to agree, the meatball sandwich was da' Bomb. Fresh, fragrant and tasty. A classy establishment with quality food, they... appeal to any and all who appreciate superior Italian flavors. The fresh pasta is excellent. While the variety is not thebroadest, it is clear their focus is on quality, not quantity, let me be clear though, the 10" sandwiches are huge! This is the best place in Upland. My family moved around the corner a few years ago and this has been my go-to place ever since.... The only con is that they usually run out of bread or pizza early on Fridays. But don?t worry, you can buy hand made pasta andsauce and cook yourself a good meal with quality ingredients in no time :) Read more
How have we not come here before! Coming here has always been on our list and we finally visited! They have a small parking lot... next door with more parking on the street. We ordered 3 10? sandwiches and they were huge! Packed with meat. A 10? Turkey breastsandwich was enough for our 7 and 8 year old kids. They have all kinds of fresh pasta, different salads (macaroni, potato etc),deli meats, lasagnas and calzones. They also have a bunch of fancy desserts and cookies! Such a gem in our community! A very impressive deli with an amazing menu. The fresh pasta is a must!! Staff is very friendly and helpful And there's lots to... look at. Small parking lot but there's street parking. There is a small outdoor patio which is nice. I look forward to returninga d updating my review. Read more
Nice family owned and operated restaurant/Delicatessen. They offer home made Pasta, gnocchi, pasta marinara sauce, ravioli, home... made calzone Bread (shall I continue?) deli meats, cheeses, sodas, wine and an assortment of homemade goodies that I can?t evenstart to mention. I ordered a pepperoni calzone that came with pasta sauce $8.95!!!! Are you kidding me, I thought it was a typo(look at the size of this monster in my pics) The people are super nice and the service is great also.
