While the staff is very professional and helpful and the store itself is exceptionally clean the food is just too sweet. At... least for me the last 4 times I've gotten orange chicken its incredibly sweet almost to the point where I cant finish the meal.I wish they wouldn't overpour on the sauce its cooked in. Used too be my go to meal and now not so much. Also the promotionaloffer they did on July 15th for the 35 anniversary of orange chicken was less then satisfying, I r.s.v.p. days in advanceactually thinking it would be something worth while only to get a reward of 35 cents off a small al la carte. I order online got the notification my food be ready a 1:04 pm got the my food not ready I have to wait until 1:20pm to get it... is not good time is gold went ur working and u have 30 min lunch I believe ur Guy?s time is valuable my is to don?t do this tour customers I go there almost every Monday so now I don?t think I will so disappointed Read more
Ordered some catering trays online from this location on 4/15 for pickup 4/16. The best and most helpful location I?ve ordered... from. Food was just being finished at pickup so it was hot and fresh. They gave me a box instead of trying to squeeze threetrays into one bag the way Sierra lakes Fontana location did. On top of that workers were extremely busy but still managed to bepolite and professional. I will only order from this location. Read more
Haven't been to Panda in years so we decided to give it a try again. This place was nice and clean great customer service... ordered online so we just walked in asked for our order took about 5 mins and we walked out. Portions are small paid extra for beef and barely got any meat. Chow mein was not cooked. I asked for honey walnut shrimp... again paid extra and got chicken. Wontons were undercooked. Will not be coming back. Read more
I ordered on line through Doordash our lunches and 3/4 of our chow mein's were loaded with cabbage, onions and celery, also it... was very oily. I have never ever gotten so much cabbage,onions and celery before. Over 3/4 as you can see is full of this. It Ihad of eaten there I would of given it back. Also my husband's and son in laws were the same way. Shame on you people at PandaExpress..very disappointed. Read more
