Order was wrong, I called this place 19 times because I ordered on the app and asked for delivery and it never arrived. I even... included a 20% tip. When I drove there the guy basically said he didn?t answer the phone bc he was busy and there is only onedriver. He gave me the tip back in cash and handed me my pizza. When placing the order on your app, it was not indicated how long it would take to have it delivered . Once the order was... placed, the confirmation email indicated 55-65 minutes. The order was confirmed at 5:29 PM. The order was received at 6:53 PM.That is 83 minutes. Meanwhile, I called the location several times and I was put on hold anywhere from one minute to 7 minutesat which point I was disconnected each time from the call. No one ever answered. Unfortunately, by the time the food got here,it was cold and my husband was so upset he asked thee delivery person what happened and he indicated that this location had totake care of another cities location because that store was closed. The pizza hut on foothill next to dominoes after mountain Ave in Upland has bad service. Fix the doorbell please. Also they keep... making mistakes on my pizza. Last time my BBQ pizza had no BBQ sauce, this happened twice. Now my Detroit pizza had sauce onhalf the pizza when it should have been the whole pizza and it was like dough and not bread like. My review is on the poor customer service at this Upland Pizza Hut. Went in to order pizzas on Thursday Oct 28th around 5:30 and... was helped by Rick (which I later found out was a manager) This guy has the absolute worst customer service that I have everexperienced anywhere. I was the only customer in the store and right away he seemed bothered/upset like he didn?t what to takethe order. I asked about any specials and was given cold/short answers which seemed like he really didn?t want to be bothered.This guy was rude and very condescending with his answers. I certainly understand some customers make it hard (this was not thecase) after a long day at work I just wanted to order A few pizzas and be on my way. Please put Rick in the back, in the officeor anywhere that he?ll not come into contact with the customer. Needless to say, that will be my last visit to the Upland PizzaHut. Read more
Order arrived after more than 1 hour. Order was wrong. Called restaurant to report problem and request refund but was put on... hold and then they hung up. Tried calling several times but no one would pick up the phone. I went to the store and mangerrefused giving me a refund stating that she (Hayley) was not authorized to do so. Was given a store credit for $14 but wasunable to get a refund for the pizza I never received. Terrible experience at this store. Will not be ordering from that PizzaHut store again. I placed an online order about 1 hr and 15 min before doing curbside pickup. The online system only allowed me to select a... certain time. I arrived at Pizza Hut about 30 min early hoping my order would get processed quicker. 10 min after my arrivalan employee came out to my car and said he had just put my pizza in and it would be ready in 6 min at which point he would bringit out to my car (since I had requested curbside). 30 minutes later I still didn't have my pizza. I tried calling the locationand no one picked up. I tried calling 5 times. My daughter started crying (after being in the car for 30+ min) so I finallywent into the location and asked if my pizza was done. It had been done all along and no one bothered to take it out to me. The second representative that helped me was rude when I asked why no one had brought it out to my car. Her response was "Idont know what the other guy told you." This Pizza Hut location has terrible customer service and delivery. I ordered boneless wings, brownie, pepsi soda, and Cajun... fries. The cajun fries did not show up. When I called the location to let them know that I did not get the fries that I ordered,someone hung up on me. I repeatedly called back and was given the run around. Customer Service was extremely terrible andunsanitary. I will never ever order anything from Pizza Hut again. Dominoes is way better and sanitary. Read more
