Bought two drinks, two separate transactions and Starbucks put espresso in wrong drink. And Carmel ribbon tasted watered down(... they might?ve forgotten the coffee it just taste like milk and ice) . I understand they were busy so I took it back and asked ifthey could remake the one with espresso because my sister didn?t like it because they accidentally put the espresso in her drinkinstead of mine ... And I brought it back and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the wrong doing. I know it?s a toughtime but please do better. Read more
Worst customer service ever! Female, heavy built with glasses black hair with some blonde ends in it. She was throwing empty... cups around. Missed towards the trashcan a few times. Employee seems upset and frustrated. Seem very un happy with her job. Great teamwork great customer service shown every time I?m in the area. Today a patron accidentally grabbed my order and the... staff was already making a new one without hesitation. Common mistake when someone is in a hurry, nonetheless the staff saw andjumped into action. Even when I offered the person to keep the drink and I?ll just order a new one, the staff was nice enough tojust make it and call it a day. I waited in line for 15min and didn't get a chance to order before I had to leave. If I had ordered a drink, I would have been... there for 30min waiting, easily. The two people behind the counter were moving way too slow and just looked lost. Read more
I don't think I've ever had a cup of coffee more disgusting in my life. Not only was the coffee horrendous, customer service was... as well. Abrahn was a trainee so I get it coming from him. And he was the one actually trying to help. Tiffany was helping totrain him and man.... She's just bad with people. Doesn't acknowledge you at all even though she sees you stand there with aquestion. I stop here during my shopping trips. I have noticed lately only one person working. I ordered and waited for my drinks. I... noticed two people after me got their drinks.
