The barista who took our order was rushing is through. We ordered a coffee cake along with the coffee and received it heated... when we didn't ask for it heated. The barista who prepared our coffee did not place the lid properly, so when I reached for it,it obviously spilled, right in front of the barista. No apology and no offer to remake or even something to clean up with.Definitely will not be coming back. Read more
Its not real starbucks its contract place starbucks!! Albertson Employee make coffee... USING Starbucks mark and containers but... cofee and drink tasge horrible price is same as starbucks... If you have time go cross the road who carry real starbucks!! Read more
Overrated,if you need your coffee really hot you pay extra!!!.... WHY?
Line was long I know that they are busy My drink turned out to be a casualty of them trying to get the drive thru moving

Sad Albertsons Starbucks in one of the Colonies shopping center blocks of stores. Strangely Starbucks kept this and the Target... Starbucks across the street open but closed the stand alone Starbucks nearby. Curious. Still, slim pickings out here for coffeeso an extra star for what is qualitatively a one star Starbucks experience. Read more
