Whoever the lady was there during my pickup tonight shouldn’t be working the front. She kept telling me to hit confirm. There... is no “confirm” I showed you my receipt now give me my food. Then she was rude to another employee as if they knew what thisnon existent confirm button is. We order here all the time but will be reconsidering if we have to deal with rude people whodon’t know how their own order system works. Read more
Yesterday I went to make an order for 4 plates and told the cashier 2 chicken 2 kofta And the other 2 plates of lamb. He charged... me almost 80 dollars. When I got home I saw my order had no chicken no kofta no rice. Just fries and lamb. I called and themanager apologized and said come tomorrow to get the right stuff and when I went they wanted to charge me for the order. Theservice is bad lately and some of the meat was raw. The best Mediterranean food we found yrs ago. We moved 50 miles away and ate there yesterday. Just looked Zaky's up and found... one closer to us. We live in Banning and i see there is one in Fontana....can't wait to get one in Beaumont or Banning now. Weordered the chicken wrap, rice pickled turnips....so yummy!! I went on Sunday and ordered from cashier named Aranzta,I asked for receipt(can I have the receipt?she told me with please)and... she was so rude and I wait for my order one hour and 22 minutes but finally she gave me my order but not complete. So I askedher for that,she said (no educate),i told her that she doesn't know how to treat customers and she's wrong,she told me out.
