Since new management after pandemic, some great items on the menu suffered. Their General Tso's Chicken for one is made with... Kirkland popcorn chicken from Save a Lot. Chicken taste like licking 8V battery. However, customer service is a whole lotbetter. Read more
Bad customer service. The lady kept putting me on hold every 2 secs. I couldn’t finish my order. it took literally 15mins to... place a small order. I ordered 8 pieces chicken with rice. And i waited 1 hour to call back, come to find out she never place myorder. And yelled at me when I tried to explain to her. She said the total was 18.25 and she said my order was to small todeliver. The customer service is terrible. I asked for spicey shrimp fried rice…only for it to be tasteless with no hint of spice…I... had to add a few seasonings to the rice smh. My order came to be way more than 20…no egg roll no tea…and when I called tocomplain I kept getting out on hold with no “hold on” and for someone to scream out “that’s spicey!” And claimed sheput the ice in the bag when I’m staring at it. Huh... The negative reviews for here surprise me. I've been getting take out and delivery from here for over ten years and... although the food quality varies at times I feel it's always above average for taste. I really like the food from here and Irecently took a few friends here and they really enjoyed the Lo Mein. I don't get anything fancy though. Usually just egg rollsor shrimp rolls, pork fried rice, Sweet and sour chicken etc. Still, I never got a bad meal here and service was always good ifnot exceptional and the prices are average for this type of food. A very good value and a good meal, so a solid 4 stars from me. Read more
