Bad customer service. The lady kept putting me on hold every 2 secs. I couldn’t finish my order. it took literally 15mins to... place a small order. I ordered 8 pieces chicken with rice. And i waited 1 hour to call back, come to find out she never place myorder. And yelled at me when I tried to explain to her. She said the total was 18.25 and she said my order was to small todeliver. The customer service is terrible. I asked for spicey shrimp fried rice…only for it to be tasteless with no hint of spice…I... had to add a few seasonings to the rice smh. My order came to be way more than 20…no egg roll no tea…and when I called tocomplain I kept getting out on hold with no “hold on” and for someone to scream out “that’s spicey!” And claimed sheput the ice in the bag when I’m staring at it. So after being ignored I just hung up. Way overpriced…for rude and rushedservice..with low quality food. Read more
Huh... The negative reviews for here surprise me. I've been getting take out and delivery from here for over ten years and... although the food quality varies at times I feel it's always above average for taste. I really like the food from here and Irecently took a few friends here and they really enjoyed the Lo Mein. I don't get anything fancy though. Usually just egg rollsor shrimp rolls, pork fried rice, Sweet and sour chicken etc. Still, I never got a bad meal here and service was always good ifnot exceptional and the prices are average for this type of food. A very good value and a good meal, so a solid 4 stars from me. Read more
The lady working behind the counter acted as if she didn't want to take my order. Three other people came shortly after me and... they had to ask her twice to take their orders. I am very particular about my food especially the smell. I ordered a combination platter with shrimp fried rice and vegetable lo... mein, I asked them to make it a little spicy. There was a slight odd odor upon opening the container I prayed and withhesitation I decided to tasted the food. The rice taste old as if it was left out overnight. I decided to returned the food onlyfor the owner to claim it was the spicy flavor I requested that was causing the odor and refusing to give me money back. We ascommunity should not allow restaurants to service us any old thing we have the right to a decent meal especially when we arespending our hard earned money. I will be report them to the health inspector and I will continue to tell others about theestablishment and their practices. Read more
Lady was nice but my food was terrible. Chicken finger platter with french fries. Fries seemed cooked in old oil or the fries... were old. Could have been both. Also chicken fingers were hard and stale. Everything seemed like it was old food. Will not orderagain. Read more
They gave me the wrong order and The food is horrible! When you call the store back to let them know of their error, the woman... who answered the phone, had the nerve to get smart and start yelling!
