Surprisingly good food for a "tavern". All the food had a lot of flavor and menu has tons of options. The poke bowl was actually... spicy and super fresh. Side of street corn was delicious as well. We visited around 8:00 for a late dinner. We each got soup and salad. I had the soup of the day, which was clam chowder. It was... really tasty but the portion was small and sadly it was lukewarm. My husband had the chili. His was not very hot either and hebarely felt like finishing it, though it was small for the prices of nearly $8 for a “crock” of soup, really a cup of soup.We had Caesar salad which was simple and had grated Parmesan rather than shaved. Very poor. Half of the food was cold and didn’t have much flavor. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry. The draft beer... lines need cleaned properly. You could still taste the soap they use. Our waiter was good but the dinner was way too expensivefor what it was. I don’t think we will be going back. Read more
