I enter Starbucks and I see there is a mile long drive thru so I went thru the front door and I was in a rush due to me only... having an hour of lunch. I didn?t want to stay in line, that would have taken half of my lunch break so I decided to go insideand order. When I approached the door I saw a note that said the cafe was closed until 1:00 and I enter at 12:55 thinking thatit?s fine to enter 5 mins before. But I guess not! The girl working the register said , ?we are closed until 1:00, there is asign on the door.? I tell her ? it?s only 5 more mins, is that not allowed.? And she ended up taking my order but not in thevery nicest way. So what I?m trying to say here is, there are some people that are in a rush and don?t get a lot of time forlunch and only having the drive thru open is a little inconvenient. Read more

I?m done wasting my time and money at Starbucks. Any of them. They all went down the drain. Today was it. First of all they made... my drink wrong. Then weren?t the nicest when I asked them to remake it and just said we?re busy. When I did get the remake,shown in the picture. I didn?t taste ANY COFFEE and it?s literally just mostly milk and syrup. Absolutely terrible. The newbreakfast sausage wrap was awful and a ripoff as well. There are barely 5 crumbles of sausage, no bacon, even though it says it.I was just tortilla and egg. Read more

After I left Columbus for several months, and sitting in a local Starbucks, I remember to write a review for this store. I... visited the store on Sunday Apr 24. When I left the door, I found I cannot start my car. However, the parking spot was betweentwo vehicles owned by the baristas working at the Starbucks. So, I asked whether the owner of my neighbor vehicles could helpedme out. Thanks to the manager M and the barista L, they tried their best to help me, providing the vehicles for me to connectthe battery. Although it didn't work out , i. e. I still need to tow the car to a body shop, their help definitely makes my daybrighter. I do not know how I could express my gratefulness. Although it was not a happy experience to deal with a broken car,it was great to have the people. And I am grateful it happened when I was visiting Starbucks. It was my last weekend atColumbus. They really give me a lot of sunshine while I need to deal with the hardness on the broken car. Read more

Friendly staff and nice place to work/read. I enjoy coming here often. Only item that needs to be addressed is the hand... sanitizer by the exit appears to have ran out months ago as I come in often and it never has any in it. Read more

Please shake the iced shaken espressos :( my favorite drink but half of the time it looks like it hasn?t been shaken and it has... too much milk (i feel like i?m drinking a latte). For reference, the first picture my drink was so good! Other times it has toomuch milk (second picture) Other than that the baristas are friendly! Thank you for all you do!! Read more

Good morning everyone, especially a shout out to Amanda. I'm sorry you got my delicious trenta pumpkin cream cold brew and I got... your Venti iced coffee. This store has been miserable for the last year, my girlfriend ordered a HOT Latte several timesthroughout the summer and always ended up with ICED, I have been ignored in the store and today they continue to express theirnegligence. They swapped coffees and gave me the wrong parfait. I wish I could blame a delivery service because we all know theysuck, but Starbucks placed the incorrect items in the bags and sealed them. It's sad that everyone thinks a refund isacceptable, I want what I ordered, I want customer service, I don't want refund, I want people to stop being lazy and be heldaccountable. Starbucks is great, but this store is a sad example of the company. Read more

I am now a fan of Starbucks. This is a great place to meetup for coffee and a decent quaint conversation. Tables are evenly... spaced and clean. Service is prompt and the servers are polite and very knowledgeable. Bathrooms and general surroundings areclean and well kept. Kudos to the Starbucks team in this location. I will recommend anytime and will come back soon. Read more
