Should just never ever come to this store. Service is just showing they don't want the business. Then obviously the food and... drink are just as bad as they don't care. Coffee taste only cream. Thousand times people walked up the store, and found outthe door is locked. Read more

Service decent. But my iced tea tastes like it's turned ???? I worked in food long enough, my suspicion is the carafe wasn't... properly cleaned yesterday. Disappointing for a "drink place" to have old funky tea, just sayin. Read more

I've held off on writing a review for this location, because I thought maybe it would get better. Sometimes the experience is... ok, and sometimes not. They clearly have some staff members that don't really want to be there, and it shows in their demeanorand mannerisms. The drink quality is regularly inconsistent. I get the same coffee every day, and every day of the week it canbe different. I don't understand how. I used to frequent another Tim Hortons, and the consistency of quality was great (RobertsRoad - great location). I can overlook attitude; I get it, working at Tim Hortons isn't glamorous, and probably subject toburnout very easily. At least make the drinks correctly. I go to Tim Hortons due to the quickness, quality, and price. Butthere's a Starbucks down the road that I'll gladly pay a dollar more per drink in order to get correctness. Not everyexperience is bad--but at this point, there's more bad than good. Getting coffee in the morning shouldn't be like a box ofchocolates; I should know I'm getting what I'm ordering Read more

went through and got food for a meeting but I forgot to get an itemized receipt to expense for work. I called and was able to... get one emailed to me and the worker who helped was very nice! Went out of her way to call me back to confirm information so Icould get the receipt. I was definitely an inconvenience and the woman who helped me was great. Read more

Worst Tim hortons ever I've been there multiple times in the past couple months and every time something is wrong. This time... they didn't even really cook my breakfast sandwich the bagel is barely lukewarm the egg is cold and when I call to say somethingabout it they asked me if I gotten home before eating, it shouldn't really matter how far away I live unless it's like 30minutes away even though I just told them I just got food from them. Their service is terrible and they all seem to have anattitude Read more

I live close by, so I frequent this place relatively regularly for coffee, and typically a Ham and Swiss sandwich, which I... recommend. The service here is friendly and I haven't had too many issues , that haven't been immediately remedied, so I'll tryto keep it sweet and to the point. I do have to put out a warning, Tim Hortons, for the most part from what I understand, isonly open typically early mornings through to late afternoons, I think they close typically at six p.m. most days. So you won'tfind any quick coffee for a late night work project/study session because THEY AIN'T OPEN. I do absolutely love their coffeethough and its always fresh and hot and tasty. I typically don't buy donuts but sometimes I've bought some and they were alwaysgood and fresh. The sandwiches on the Ciabatta bread , including the Ham and Swiss , are a great deal and its plenty of food, and I'm a pretty good eater. Another option is the Panini sandwiches, which come on regular white or wheat bread, which aregood as well, but maybe pale to that of the Ciabatta bun based sandwiches. I recommend a soda or coffee to go with thesandwich; I think there's an option for a bottled milk if you want that too. And the price point is really quite good, comparable to other fast food in the area. My only issue is that I think they should be open 24 hrs, but I think maybe theydon't see enough business to call for that, breakfast and lunch are their main traffic periods. Its ALOT faster than going toStarbucks down the way, typically I'm through the drive through in a matter of seconds, not minutes. Starbucks has all thatfancy coffee and espresso, but if you like just regular old coffee this is where it AT. Plus they have a dining area, which iskept tidy and clean. Frequented by the locals, its kinda a little bit of a hot hang out, at least in the morning. I suggestbringing a paper and settling in for a morning of chatter of the staff in the background and some good reads. Or if you Read more

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons location I?ve been to. I live fairly close to this location so I visit due to... convenience. Big mistake....the staff is very rude and consistently mess up orders. One day I ordered a breakfast sandwich andthey gave me the sandwich without egg (which I did not ask them to do) when I informed them of the mess up. They did notapologize. On other occasions I have had issues with receiving coffees that were very nasty (watery and lacking flavor) and notwhat I ordered. When I brought it to staffs attention they argued that they in fact made the coffee the way that I ask and thatI was wrong. They often run out of donuts and close earlier than what is listed online. It does not matter what you order, theywill mess it up. They make simple orders seem so difficult. Customer service is terrible. This location is so bad that I will bedriving to another location which is a lot further away, just in the hopes of getting good service. You should do the same!Don?t waste your time with this Tim Horton?s. Read more
