Placed an order for delivery directly from the app . After waiting for two hours called the store and was told that my order was... stolen by the driver. That I needed to reach door dash for a refund , yet my order was not placed with door dash and they hadtold me to call the store . The person in charge of the store at that moment has no idea of how to do about it . Try to reachsomeone through their wed site that didn?t work either . I'm not sure what happened to this location but it is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try... them again thinking I caught them on a bad day, I was so disappointed. I spent 15.00 on wings that tasted like they weresitting in this filthy establishment all day, I was so disgusted I didn't even bother going to get my money back. I ordered a 6 piece combo half Lemon Pepper half Louisiana Rub with the fried corn. They gave me all Lemon Pepper, and my corn... was still a little frozen. Irked to say the least. Not only that but I ordered online showed up 20 minutes after I ordered andstill had to wait another 30 minutes?.so why was my corn still frozen?? I would not recommend. Read more
This is the dirtiest and filthiest Wing Stop I've ever been to. The front door, counter, registers, walls, glass, furniture and... floors were extremely dirty; never cleaned. Like others, this was the worst experience I?ve had. Placed a pickup order after work that said it?d be ready in 15. That?s when... I arrived. Waited over an hour after getting there while everyone who was there when I got in walked out with their food in thattime. Even people arriving 20, 30, 40 minutes after received their food. As I?m waiting, these kids are fooling around in thekitchen, being loud and obnoxious with complete indifference to the people waiting in the store. I received my food after theywere supposed to close, and then when I get home, I see that they didn?t even add in several items that were supposed to be inthe order. Worst and most inefficient service I?ve ever had by far. Not even close. Haven?t ordered from this location in a longtime and when I finally do, this happens.. Never again. This was literally the worse experience I have had. The girl up front had to be reminded to take orders because she stood in the... back with the rest of the staff. She had an attitude the whole time. My wings werent even covered in the sauce and the Lousianarub had no seasoning on it. I ordered 10 wings and I threw out more than half because they were covered in this brown glob thatsat in the middle of my wings. Lousiana rub is a dry rub not wet. Read more
By far one of the worst eating experiences of my life. The lady preparing the food had a frown on her face when she approached... the counter without greeting me. I had to remind her that customer service is a task she signed on for and that a smile goes along way. The food was so salty, I had to throw it out. I will never, ever patronize this store again.
